Olaf’s Funhouse is a themed 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom vacation home located 3 miles from Walt Disney World in the beautiful gated Formosa Gardens Estates. The pool is South-facing and full of Florida sunshine. It features 4 KING master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and 3 themed kids bedrooms. The themed bedrooms are the Sleigh room, the Ice Castle room, and the Trading Post. The home also features a themed movie theater with an 80-inch TV and theater-style seating. The home has a large heated pool with FREE pool heat, a heated spa, a themed splash pad, and a grill INCLUDED! We want Olaf's Funhouse to be part of your best family vacation ever. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD Formosa Gardens Estates is a gated estate community located just three miles from the theme parks off of Route 192W. The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a one minute drive to a Target Superstore, grocery stores, pharmacies, a medical walk-in clinic, and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba's. Formosa Gardens is less than a three mile drive to Disney World! ABOUT THE HOUSE This home has been professionally custom designed throughout with over 4000 sq. ft. of space. All four master bedrooms are furnished with king-size mattresses. Each master bedroom offers a large flat screen TV. All of the TVs are “Netflix ready” if you have an account. Three of the master bedrooms are on the first floor and one of the master bedrooms is on the second floor. One of the first floor master suites includes a full size crib, just like you would have at home! The Trading Post bedroom is sure to delight any child. The furniture in this room includes a themed bunkbed shaped like a log cabin Trading Post. The bottom bed is a full-size bed and the top bed is a twin size. The top bunk accommodates children under 150 pounds, the bottom bunk can accommodate kids and/or adults who are “kids at heart”. The Sleigh bedroom features two twin beds shaped like sleighs. These beds can accommodate children and adults and are standard twin size beds. The Ice Castle bedroom offers a built-in castle bed with three twin beds. There are two twin beds on the lower level and one twin bed on the upper level. The upper level bed can accommodate children under 150 pounds. The lower level beds can accommodate adults. The twin beds are built into the ice castle. The house has hi-speed wi-fi and pool/spa heat INCLUDED! If you have young children, we provide a stroller for guest's use. We also provide a high chair, a full-size crib, and a couple portable pack-n-plays for your convenience. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning the house has both a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The house is supplied with one roll of paper towels, a small soap at each sink, two rolls of toilet paper per toilet, dish detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the kitchenware, dishes, and utensils you could need with a large party. There’s also a full supply of dishes especially for children. The house security cameras are outside on the front door, driveway and pool equipment on the side of the house.

This was our second visit to the Olaf House. My husband and our 7 children (3-25) were joined by my parents. The Olaf House was the perfect base for our Disney and universal visits. We had plenty of room, kitchen, and the fun pool area to enjoy together. The hot tub was great to soak our aching muscles after long days at the parks. The location was great… Close to stores and the parks.

The theming is absolutely amazing and the house is so great for a large family (or in our case 2 families). I’ve seen rentals on here that look good in pictures but then you get there and they are a massive disappointment, but this isn’t that place. Everything was so great here I honestly can’t stress enough how happy we were.
I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because my wife was incredibly nitpicky and saw some dust on the blinds that annoyed her…but seriously it’s still 4 stars for cleanliness. If you’re looking for it you might see some things that could have been missed, but overall the place was very clean. Don’t take it to mean it’s dirty. It’s not. Take it as this is me being 110% honest and letting you know exactly what you’re getting here.
Long story short: this place was amazing and I hope we get a chance to stay here again. If you have kids who love frozen DO IT. If you have a bunch of adults and you need 4 master bedrooms DO IT. This place is everything we hoped it would be and more.

Loved every minute we stayed at this gorgeous villa, having stair gates with an infant was fantastic, the attention to detail was amazing,very family friendly and the cinema room was a hit with all the family x

We had a fantastic trip, and having this home as a base was perfect for all of us. We did have a significant issue in our last days and the owner dealt with it promptly and empathetically. The property management company less so.
All in all i would recommend this home without any hesitation

We spent a week visiting the Disney Parks to celebrate two birthdays in our extended family. The house was perfect for our family consisting of three couples, four children ages 4-16, my 27 year old nephew and my mother-in-law. The bedrooms had great separation and the common areas were perfect for gathering. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, splash pad! The movie theater was also a big hit. Close to the Disney parks and Walmart.

This property is an excellent choice for a vacation to visit the parks, nice and close using Uber and some great places to eat and visit close by, only gave 2 stars for cleanliness as we saw no clearer during our visit and surfaces are quite dusty,

If you are considering this home, book it! We were a party of 12 including 4 kids (age 3-6). The house offered as much fun as Disney and the ability for adults to relax and do family time.
Katie is a wonderful host! Home is better than described with so much attention to detail-lots of kids' dinnerware, Olaf and Princess towels , plenty of beach towels, adorable kid rooms, relaxing and spacious master suites.
Super easy drive to Disney parks. The pool (with outdoor TV), splash pad, movie theater and arcade were huge hits with the kids.
The kitchen was spacious and well outfitted even a Mickey wafflemaker! 3 coffee machines made the morning go super smoothly.

Property managers dropped the ball and didn’t have enough staff to have the property ready when we arrived. The property owners are so responsive and quickly remedied the situation. This house had a great layout for our family of 16 ranging in age from 61 down to 4 months. We can’t say enough good things about the property owners and have already recommended this property to friends.

The house is perfectly placed for Disney and Universal. It was perfect for our family group of 16 and even the boys loved the Princess room as it was perfect for the 3 of them.
We would highly recommend the accommodation in all respects and couldn’t find any fault.

Easy check-in/check-out, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Kids loved the themed bedrooms and movie theater. Great pool area for hanging out after a long day at Disney parks. Owner is very easy to communicate with, very helpful, and response time is very quick. Ten minute drive to Disney parks, sometimes 20-30 minutes with traffic, but otherwise very convenient location. Any restaurant and store you can think of is close by! We had an amazing week in this house with our family. Thank you, Katie!!

This property was even better than we had expected from the description. We had three generations with four adult couples, and 4 children ages 1-9 and it easily accommodated all. The rooms were amazing and the pool, splash pad, and hot tub were wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and just minutes from the parks as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The host responded immediately to any questions and promptly took care of a few maintenance issues. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

We had 11 people aging from 18 months to 68 years old. Loved having multiple master bedrooms. The decor is amazing. Kids loved the splashpad and pool. Adults loved the hot tub for tired sore bodies after days at the parks. Pack and plays, and highchair availability was a plus and gates on the stairs for tiny people was a major bonus! Loved our stay, thank you!

We had all three of our kids and their spouses, along with all 5 of our grandkids, ranging in age from 4 to 19. The place is very well located to a number of the theme parks and has lots of room for everyone. We also drove to Kennedy Space Center and New Smyrna Beach on the east coast, and to Clearwater Beach on the west side. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had six adults and three children ages 6, 8 and 8. The kids loved this property and the frozen theme! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lanai every day of our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and was very spacious for multi-family cooking! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The property was perfect for our family vaca to Disney. House was well supplied in the kitchen and even had separate pool towels to use. Beds were comfy and the themed rooms were adorable. Outdoor area was a big hit with a nice size pool, the hot tub actually got hot, and the splash pad was awesome for our 5 and 7yr old. Highly recommend and plan to rent again in the future.

The villa was ideal for our large family group of 15 (10 adults and 5 children) The children loved the themed bedrooms, the cinema and the Olaf splash pad. They were never bored.
The house had everything you could need and is very close to Disney which is really important as, over the years, the traffic has become busier and busier in Orlando so being close to the parks is just great, the closest park was just 10/15minutes.
We cooked in a lot as eating out prices have sky rocketed espeically with the poor exchange rate for UK/USD and the well equipped kitchen was more than adequate for our group.
The community area was very well kept and very quiet and peacefull.
The hosts were fantastic and responded quickly to any queries we had.
Can highly recommend for a great Orlando stay, wish we had stayed for 3 weeks rather than 2.

This property was perfect for our trip. 7 adults, 3 kids from 15 - 2. The home is well appointed with everything you need and is adorned with murals throughout that are charming and fitting to the home. 4 master suites and 3 themed bedrooms were great. The theater room left us trying to figure out a room at home to duplicate. Pool area was great to cool off and relax in the afternoons and the splash pad was a big hit with our grandson. We were under 15 minutes from any Disney park and close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again in the future. 10 out of 10!

AN OUTSTANDING FAMILY RETREAT
Olaf’s fun house was thoughtfully and well equipped. The property is in a quiet gated community with houses nearby, but not “on top of” each other The kitchen, bedrooms, common areas and pool/patio were immaculate and amply stocked. The kitchen was well organized with everything needed for preparing simple snacks to complex meals. We were a group 11 and had ample refrigerator space, storage for groceries, as well as serving meals. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and provided sufficient space for clothing. Mattresses were of excellent quality. The common areas were conducive to family interaction and fun. A nicely stocked library for the youngsters, easy to use access to internet connections with sufficient TV screens to accommodate everyone’s viewing tastes! The pool/patio were a source of laughter and relaxing water fun. We were especially impressed with the security feature that protects little ones from wandering out into the pool without supervision. Ample pool towels, washer and 2 dryers made everything easy. This house was a joy for our group to share. I cannot overemphasize how pristine and orderly the house was. AND you’re only 15 minutes from Disney World, as well as an abundance of market, restaurants and other attractions.

Beautifully landscaped on the outside. There is a binder with literally everything you need to know for the house, that is very helpful. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone, it truly was great.
