About this house rental
This is the perfect place to escape to after a long day of visiting with family and or friends in the area! It's spacious, cozy, comfortable (CA king bed), AFFORDABLE, centrally located, and very private. While this dwelling is attached to my home you will most likely never see me. You have a completely separate entrance with a patio and huge yard. 25 minutes to ATX Airport 5 minutes to Kalahari and Dell Diamond 1.5 hrs. to San Antonio 2.5 to Houston 2.5 to Dallas 2 to Fredericksburg

Had to stay in the area while my truck was being fixed. The place was immaculate, the CA King was so comfortable and clean, the bathroom was huge and the shower was super clean. It was quiet and very nice to stay in. The host is the most amazing and caring person she understood I had some troubles with the mechanic shop and helped me out so I could stay longer. Anytime I had any Problems with the lock or the wifi she responded within seconds and had a solution for the problems within a couple of minutes. And she got me a Christmas present so 15/10 recommend staying here way cheaper than hotels and you get a Host who actually cares.

We loved this place and will be booking again next year! It was our first time doing VRBO, so we were a little nervous, but from first contact with the owner we were put at ease. The room and bathroom were very clean, very aesthetically pleasing, and smelled fantastic! The entire neighborhood is really cute. We never felt unsafe or awkward staying at someone else’s house… the hosts really have it down to an art. So THANKFUL for a nice, safe place to go back to after our long days at a music festival ❤️

I enjoyed my stay. The host was quick to respond if I needed anything, the bed was super comfortable, and the furnishings were chosen with care. It’s a great space to get away, even if you live in the area. I would definitely visit again.

The host was such a sweetheart! We looked forward to grilling as we thought we seen it had a grill but found it did not, she was sweet enough to bring a ton of seasonings/foil/plates/lighter fluid etc and her grill to the back for us. We were extremely happy with our stay!!!!! We did have an issue each morning of running out of hot water and then it rained and getting back to the room we had to go through a gate and it was solid mud to the point it was dangerous as my husband slipped….just some new stepping stones needed. Even with these things said I give this stay a 5!!!! Very nice safe neighborhood

The only issue I had was a minor noise with the air conditioner from where I slept at. It was a very nice place and very quiet!

Wonderful stay at this property! Very clean, lots of amenities included. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to please add some towels to the bathroom. The room is obviously meant for a couple, but the bathroom only had one bath towel and one hand towel. No washcloth 😬 would still absolutely stay here again!

I was cold, having AZ blood in me and unable to control the temp in my room, as the host control the temperature. At the age of 74, I would have welcomed grab bars in the shower. The space was very inviting and I have reservations to return already. The outdoor patio was a nice addition unless you are allergic to the cats. Toa and Brittany were very accommodating. Marilyn

This was my 2nd time here for a staycation and it was (again) just like the pictures!
The host is a pleasure to communicate with, and was attentive if we needed anything. Nice personal touches, like bath salts, and a soft robe were readily available for our enjoyment. So much more comfortable than a hotel.

Wonderful long weekend stay
This is a lovely little spot for our short getaway for my dear friends gender reveal! The hosts were very communicative and provided excellent instructions for entering the site. The amenities were lovely, and the tub was a great plus!! We highly recommend this lovely spot with some very kind and caring hosts!

Comfy home away from home
We arrived late in the evening and it was exactly as expected. Motion sensor lights upon entering back yard path were super helpful. The little touches were so nice (chocolates next to bed, make remover wipes, local honey, etc) . Perfect for our short visit to Round Rock. Thank you for the hospitality!

The studio is equipped with just about all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the spacious backyard, and watching the bunnies hop around the yard. All in all, a great trip!

Our host couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The room had everything we needed. The tub was wonderful- the host even left bath salts for a relaxing soak. Very comfortable and convenient.

My partner and I had a great relaxing time here! The host was very respectful of our privacy, and responded to any question we had in a timely manner. Perfect Getaway
If I could rate 20/10 I would . Everything was clean and organized, host was extremely kind and caring as well as communicative. Cant forget about the 2 kitties who craved our affection ❤️🐈⬛🐈⬛Definitely recommend staying here!
