House is very old so heat is full blast or not enough. Only one bathroom for many people. Upstairs mattresses were not comfortable.

The property owner, Eugen, was great to work with. The house was warm and inviting when we arrived. The bedding and linens were top notch and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had quality tools and even a ton of little extras that make it easier to cook when on the road. So happy with our choice to stay here in Seward.

Great property for staging a group fishing adventure

Overall it worked well for a family of 6. Only thing that would have been nice is a second bathroom with 6 of us. Its close to downtown and still in walking distance of the docks. Like other reviews we also noticed the house is not level and the stairs are steep, but neither was a big deal for us. I would definitely rent again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and our overall trip to Alaska. This place is nestled conveniently and is easy to get to. It also has close access to Kenai Fjords and the surrounding community. We were very pleased with the property. Everything was clean and you can't beat being right near everything. We'd stay here again!

We had a wonderful two night stay. Close enough to town we didn’t have to drive. Very clean

I stayed in Seward for a couple days with my 2 kids. This was a perfect property. Plenty of space and sleeping options so I could separate my trouble makers. The house was cute, well equipped, clean and easy to access. The location was fantastic, we walked into town for everything. Would absolutely recommend!

Beds were very uncomfortable for adult men. Not enough kitchen utensils to accommodate number of guest advertised. Location was very good. Price was right for what we needed

We arrived to find all that was promised! The property was clean, cozy, and completely wonderful. On day 2 we had a small issue with the doorknob, I text the host, he text me back and came over to fix the issue within 20 minutes! I was super impressed! We had a great stay, the location was excellent. We totally recommend this property!

This place suited our needs very well. The steep staircase was no problem and the kids actually liked it. Because it is a very old property there are foundation issues so the house isn’t level. We had to reposition the pillows on the beds so that our feet were pointed downhill in order to sleep comfortably. Not a big deal though. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our group. Great location in town of Seward, and walkable to all points of interest. Eugen was wonderful and accommodating, going above and beyond to help us.

Since we were mainly in Seward to fish and sightsee, this little house worked perfectly for what we needed. It was clean, had the essentials, and was in close proximity to restaurants, tourist hotspots and explorations. It was a great stay!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and Sea Life Center. Across the street from great coffee shop in an old church.

The house was cute, clean, great location, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bathroom was well appointed, plenty of towels, shampoo etc. Cons: lack of wi-fi was a real issue as we lacked signal alot of the time. Also the 3rd BDRM, cozy & clean, with 6 twins is accessible by very steep stairs. Bathroom is downstairs.

The location for this little house is perfect. However, the description calls it spacious and I would disagree. The kitchen is so small two people cannot pass each other in it and the same for the front hallway. The bedrooms are also very small. But, if you're using this just to sleep in, it is adequate and has everything you need. Fair warning though, there is a big construction project going on right outside one of the bedroom windows. They start early!

This house had everything we needed. Not fancy but plenty sufficient. Convenient location. Not having TV & wi-fi was a benefit as no temptation to not stay focused on family time.

Our stay was brief (2 days, 4 people). The pictures don't lie, it is a small space. But it had everything we needed, and not much that we didn't. The host really has put in a lot of work to maximize the conveniences of this small house, which we fully appreciated. Location is great, just a few blocks from the nice little strip of shops/restaurants. Note that there is no wifi and our cell reception wasn't great (AT&T).
