Welcome to Osprey 403 at DestinWest Beach and Bay Resort. Elegant surroundings envelop you from the time you enter this 2400+ Square Foot beautiful upscale condominium. This three bedroom three bathroom condominium is located in DestinWest Beach and Bay Resort, Okaloosa Island's premier resort. Beautifully furnished with fantastic unobstructed views of the bay. Walking through the front door of Osprey 403, you are met with a super large entry way leading you past both of the guest bedroom suites and into the open kitchen/living and dining room. Immediately you are met with views from every angle of the bay and lazy river area from multiple windows throughout which is great for natural light. This space is great for families to be able to cook or dine or watch tv or hang out on the balcony and not feel separated from anyone in the family. Plenty of room for everyone. The Master suite, just off the living room, meets and greets you again with large windows that boast of this condo's fantastic views of the bay. Watch for boats or dolphins right from your bedroom window or walk right out to the balcony from this bedroom's personal sliding door. This suite is decorated with beautiful furnishings and decor and a comfy king sized bed. Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower, his and her sinks, water closet and closet. Guest Bedroom #1 is large enough for 2 queen beds and plenty of space to lay out an additional air mattress or 2 if needed, but we also have a twin bed in the large closet. Plenty of room for storage as well. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with walk in shower. Guest bedroom #2 is also furnished with a queen bed and a private bathroom with walk in shower. Destin West is home of the 700 foot lazy river with furnished floats, a private marina with boat slips available for rent ranging in size 18-32 feet long and perfect for fishing with no license needed. There is a picnic area in front of the bay with charcoal grills and tables available. Guests staying in Osprey have access to the private Osprey pool, heated in the cooler months as well as the waterfall pool and 2 hot tubs on bay side. Just across the street, you will find the beautiful Destin West private beach that Okaloosa Island/Gulf Coast is known for with white sandy beaches and beautiful clear water. Gulf side also has 2 pools for our guests to access. Gulf and Bay side condos are connected by a private pedestrian bridge that provides a safe and easy walk from one side to the other. It is usually a 7-10 minute walk across either way. Within walking distance of: John Beasley Park Okaloosa Island Boardwalk/Fishing Pier with a variety of shops and restaurants Gulfarium Live Marine Adventure Park Crab Island Excursions, Boat and Jet Ski rentals 20 minutes from VPS and 12 from DTS Airports

Nice Condo--well-equipped and clean. Great location. The whole grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

This property was huge and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable; bathrooms were clean; and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the lazy river. It was a small walk to the beach, but we enjoyed crossing the sky bridge and seeing the Gulf property. Highly recommend!

Great property. The balcony was amazing for relaxing and enjoying a dinner in. The view is beautiful. This worked perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of privacy with your own rooms and bathrooms. Location to the beach was a easy walk. If you are looking to rent a boat to crab island, there is a dock right next door that does that which was very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

As a family we really enjoy staying at Destin West because of family atmosphere and having access to pool, lazy river and ease of walking over to the beach utilizing the bridge to cross over. The condos are always inviting for our stays

Family gathering for my moms 80th birthday. My parents really enjoyed staying here as did the rest of the family. Lazy river was so great and beach was an easy walk across the bridge as well as some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We reserved the property for a music festival at Rick's. It was the perfect location. The condo was very roomy, and well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon and the supplied linens. Will definitely stay here again next year!

The accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. Morning coffee on the huge wrap around porch gave us the perfect view of complex as well as the bay. The walkover bridge to the beach was longer than we expected but very nice to have. Very clean and furnished with everything we could possibly need for our week. We would definitely rent again.

Osprey 403
We love Destin west, have stayed multiple times for years! Love the large balconies bayside 3 bed 3 bath, and large master closet! This unit on your website included large master closet but when we got there, there was a lock on closet door, so space was an issue for clothes! False advertising on your website, for 403 osprey! Never had that happen in other units! I feel we paid for something and did not get what we paid for as stated! The rest was good and enjoyed our stay!

The condo itself was a good size and provided separate bedroom space for our family. The outdoor space was fantastic offering breathtaking views of the bay! We enjoyed the sunsets as well. Our disappointments were the overall cleanliness of the condo and it was a bit dated. We initially experienced a delay in getting a response from the property manager regarding housekeeping issues but once we were able to communicate our concerns there was an appreciation for bringing our concerns forward.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious
We loved our stay at Destin West! Beautiful balcony with ample furniture, nice bay view, easy access to the fishing pier and lazy river/waterfall pool. Very nice, large, comfortable condo. Easily for our party of 9 with space to spare. Would love to stay here again!!

Annual family vacatin
Beautiful sunrises and sunsets off the wraparound porch. We also had a great experience with the on call trouble shooters. The t.v. did not work in the double double bed room where the 12 year olds were staying. Called them they came promptly and replaced with a brand new t.v. the next day. The lazy river was awesome. The ocean was clear and beauiful. We had a great stay.

We were given this condo because of a problem with the one we rented. Was definitely not a let down. Almost too much room its so big. Very private and great view. High class furnished. I would rent it on purpose next time.

This property was AMAZING! Location and facilities were great.
Our only 2 disappointments would be that at least 1 of the TV's should be a smart TV so that people can access their Netflix or something and the Master Bedroom bed was very uncomfortable.

Most Beautiful Place in the Area
Loved this property! Everything was perfect. The only negatives if I had to find some would be noisy neighbors at night and the couches in the living area weren’t very comfortable. The condo was probably my favorite place about our trip!

We loved the layout of the property and the amenities. It was clean and organized and had lots of space.
Wish the beds had been more comfortable. Seemed like mattresses were out dated. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Great view, location and property
We booked a last-minute escape. Everything was super clean and there was more than enough room for our family of 4 to spread out. The WiFi worked great, we had no issues with 4 people logging into remote school and work. The location close to the beach, and overlooking the pools and Bay is fantastic, we miss it already!

Very Nice Condo with a beautiful view of the bay.
This condo is on the 4th floor and overlooks the bay and lazy river since it is a corner unit. The unit is large and beautiful and was a great place to stay. The only complaint is the beds are very soft but if you like that then you will love the beds. Overall we loved the place and will love to stay there again.
