This bright gorgeous 2 story house is situated in a family friendly compound right in the heart of Alaçati! A spacious 4 bed/3 bath home with a private garden, beautiful outdoor space with a BBQ. A broad living room/open kitchen with all the amenities one could ask for. A large swimming pool, gym area w/ a restaurant that cooks and delivers to the Villa within the compound. This home is the perfect holiday home, close to the city center! A/C and WIFI is available! Close to all the beaches! I'd appreciate if guests could keep the home clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked. Our company check in window is from 8am - 10pm. If you plan on checking in before/after that time frame - An additional $50 fee will be paid upon check in. Airport transfer provided at an additional cost. Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $50 USD penalty charge.
