This home was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect, very clean. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay.

We really enjoyed the stay at this place. However, we recommend to keep some extra bedsheets at the house for future. Also, if one of the sofas could be sofabed, that would be great. We'll definitely stay here if we come to this area again.

Anthony was super easy to work with and his home was great! We only used the interior as CA was in a heat wave during our vacation time...too hot to be in the backyard. The AC was awesome and kept the house very comfortable! We will definitely be renting again. All beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Awesome stay. Owner is attentive and friendly. Met my needs perfectly. Bed was comfortable and property was in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Clean, well stocked house for multi-family set up. Comfortable beds and the labels on drawers in the kitchen were very helpful! The host was very easy to work with and responsive to questions. The host also does not require an elaborate check out process which made things very friendly and easy going.

Great property, excellent location! With a 2 year old running around we noticed the floors needed cleaning, contacted the property manager and they (manager/owner) came out promptly and mop the entire place! The yard needs a lot of work and would have been nice to have some yard furniture outside!

Two houses were rented for a family reunion, ours was determined to be the best for the dinner. Plenty of room, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen utensils and a very comfortable feel. Anthony was very responsive with all questions.

Overall very nice place, close proximity to our needs. I would recommend adding more pots and pans. We were all very comfortable!

We were in Sacremento for the Labor Day weekend to visit our daughter. The house was beautiful and very conveniently located. It was spacious and provided the perfect place for our family to spend time together. There were excessive heat warnings in effect, so this space was also a welcoming oasis. The host was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. We hope to stay again and would recommend to our family and friends.

Perfect family house
We were in the Sacto area for our granddaughter's surgery at UCD Medical Center. This house was strategically located for easy access to freeways & downtown, making runs out to Folsom to shop, meeting friends for dinner, etc. The home very comfortably accommodates eight adults if needed. Living areas are spacious and there's multiple eating areas also. The only critiques are that the ice maker was not working so it was necessary to buy ice and that there was no toaster. But the host, Anthony, was so very helpful to us during our stay and we greatly appreciated it.

My family and I made a weekend trip to Sacramento and stayed 2 nights. Our stay was great, the house was very nice and spacious with more than enough to accommodate our stay. The location of the home was also very convenient and close to Sacramento downtown
