Frankie is such an amazing host! I stayed at her place for my engagement party weekend with my friends from out of time and she decorated the whole house for my fiancé and I. The place was so clean, spacious and all around an amazing time. My friends and I had the best time and was very homey! The outside is super fun and very relaxing for morning coffee or just to watch the stars. She had coffee and some snacks for us as well. Overall, definitely somewhere I would stay again and recommend to other customers!

very hospitable, clean property, Pretty good stay! Just be mindful the house is split in half, We had no idea until we ran into the other guests in the backyard lol. No biggie it just spooked us at first, because there were all girls on the trip. Also it is about a 10 min drive from beach when there's traffic so be mindful

This was a nice property with a great location for us. The back porch was nice with the view of the lake. Nice active neighborhood with lots of young families walking with baby strollers, dogs, etc. East to get to the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping. Having this how allowed us to bring our pets with us and that was very helpful. Great setup for pets. Great communication with the owner. Lots of extra personal touches in the house plus some treats for the pets. Will look to stay at properties with this owner again.

This is probably one of the best VRBO host experiences I’ve had. I have to go to the Mayo Clinic frequently, so I use VRBO often. The host Frankie went above and beyond to make sure the house felt like a home away from home. Upon arrival it was awesome to see the attention to small details like the tub set up with a little spa to help you relax after a long trip to having extra toiletries if you forgot something. The house was very clean and comfortable. The newly added TV to the bedroom was great during recovery. The screened in patio is wonderful and peaceful. The neighborhood is great and the location is close to everything. Very easy access to the Mayo Clinic. We will definitely be making this one of our regular places to stay. For people wanting to go to the beach it’s a very short less than five minute drive. A win, win in my book!

Plenty of comfortable beds for guests, a modern kitchen (we ate out the whole time), and a big television. Seating for lots of people and thoughtful little gifts throughout the house. Close to the preserve for dog walks, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay again!
