In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 55” smart TV. Kick back with a good book on the sofa in the bonus living area. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the gorgeous kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for four. BED & BATH Find ultimate comfort in the bedroom, complete with a plush queen bed, 32” smart TV, and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Reserved parking is available for one car in front of the building. The condo has wall-mounted air-conditioner/heating units in both the bedroom and the living room. Located above the Emack & Bolio’s ice cream shop, this second-story unit is accessed via two flights of stairs. This home is not suitable for small children. THE LOCATION Stroll 1 block to Main Street to explore a host of local favorite restaurants, art galleries, and boutique shops. Walk 10 minutes to Oyster Pond Beach for swimming or lounging on the sand. Head just under 1 mile to Lighthouse Beach for blissful days spent by the gentle surf. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. My husband and I took a few days off to explore Chatham in the off season. The location of this condo was perfect; right in the middle of downtown; walking distance to restaurants and shops and had a private parking spot. It was on the second floor of a building with outside stair access which was fine for us. Inside there was plenty of room to stretch out with two living rooms with couches and a television with access to Netflix. The heating system was great on the chilly days with separate zones so that you could keep the bedroom at a cool temperature for sleeping and there was even a heater in the bathroom that you could set. Everything was very clean; we didn’t really need the kitchen because it was a short stay and we enjoyed the restaurants but it looked fully stocked and they had coffee for in the morning. It was easy to check in and check out and we would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed at this rental. It's a wonderful location in Chatham, which is a walkable town with multiple restaurants, art calories , and lots of other attractions worth visiting. It's also a long walk or a short drive to the ocean where you can see the lighthouse, walk to the beach or go see a fisherman's pier where seals like to hang out for scraps when the boats unload.

This is an absolutely perfect couples retreat in the heart of Chatham. Very charmingly decorated. Spacious layout. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly maintained. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this place. Comfortable TV area. Bed and bedding was comfy. Large closet with hangers and shelves. Bathroom was large and very clean. Shower was big with lots of shelves for toiletries. And the heater in the bathroom was nice on the crisp mornings. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to be well supplied. Great location! Close to many restaurants and shops. And an easy walk to the fish market / pier. Also supplied laundry pods, a few toiletries, dish soap, etc. Only thing that was missing were coffee pods for the Keurig. Even a couple for the first day would have been great. We were there as off season was starting so it wasn't easy to walk and find a place open to get coffee in the morning.

We could not enter the premises because the code we were given didn't work. The code to open the lock box was for the wrong lock box so that did not work neither. Once the property mgr arrived (promptly less than 30 minutes) the lights didn't work because a fuse had blown. Once we got all that squared away, our stay went very smooth. It is a beautiful condo in a good location. My two recommendations are that you provide more cable access and you print out a laminated sheet of paper for what is expected of occupants before they leave.

Great condo with in town location. Walk to everything. Unit is like brand new inside, very comfortable. Shave start yed here several times and will come back for sure.

We stayed in this condo over Labor Day Weekend (2023) and into the following week. We would definitely go back and rent this again, but you have to go into it knowing the potential downsides, and if they are going to bother you, look elsewhere. Pros: - EXTREMELY nice condo; everything is in tip-top shape, very clean, great appliances, very roomy, very comfortable, nice bed, comfortable furniture, nice bathroom/shower, great internet, convenient parking spot, everything works. I can't say enough good things about the condo itself - AMAZING location; you're right in the heart of Chatham, so we walked to all the best restaurants and shops in town; driving to the beach was a breeze; everything was incredibly convenient. Cons: - The big one: This condo is above an ice cream shop that stays open until 10pm most nights in the summer. This might not sound like much of a con, but every single time they open and close the freezer to get at the ice cream, there is a thud that makes the entire condo shudder, and especially the back bedroom. This continues until they finish cleaning up, which is often past 10:30pm. They provide a noise machine, but it's not just about noise -- it's about the constant banging and thuds that reverberate throughout the condo. They also cut off the TV remotely early, so sign out of your Netflix account the night before. OVERALL -- we loved it and would do it again, but just understand that if the banging and thudding is going to upset you, look elsewhere.

Such a convenient location to town as well as the beaches. Quaint spot that had everything we needed for a week in Chatham. Beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. Parking spot was helpful to have as well.

Additionally, the ice cream shop opens later in the day and closes at a reasonable hour so we didn't really find noise to be an issue whatsoever...and, yes, the bonus is that it's a pretty quick trip if you want some great ice cream ;-). Bottom line: we're excited to have found this property and will definitely return.

We were in Chatham to visit my wife’s 95 year old mother who resides in a lovely assisted living facility in Chatham. This is our second stay in this property as our first stay was in May, 2021. The property is centrally located in the heart of downtown Chatham. Could not ask for a better location and the condo is beautiful.

This condo was Clean, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had read some previous complaints about noise from the ice cream shop below. I will tell you what noise we heard was far less than most of the summer noises we normally hear when staying in a beach community.

Fire alarm
My wife and I loved all of it. Our ONLY concern is that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we were on edge going back to sleep because we were concerned it would happen again. Thankfully it didn't. The following morning we cooked breakfast and the alarm went off again for about 15 to 20mins. Other than that, the place is immaculate. We would definitely stay again...

Great location for access to Main St in Chatham. We thoroughly enjoyed our get away weekend. The quality of this apartment was excellent and the location is perfect, walkable to Chatham very easily. Although we hit the visit during a nor’easter it was still a nice time.

We loved this property. Very comfortable - we enjoyed hanging out here when not on he go. For us, the location halfway up the cape was perfect. Chatham is a quaint town and restaurants, etc. in easy walking distance or a very short drive. The property was immaculate. The location was great, about 25 yards off main street. The management company was attentive and instructions were clear.

This was a great location in the center of town; but back from Main. There occasionally was a little noise from the shop downstairs; but it did not disturb us.
The flat was clean and as described. We had some trouble entering as the maid had locked the door handset. However, the customer agent helped us in the back door with ease.

Not a bad place but needs a little work.
The whole experience was colored by the challenge with the locks. When we first arrived it took us over hours to get into the building. The people when they did answer their phone kept acting like I was too stupid to understand how the locks work. In the end both locks were broken and the batteries were dead. Once we finally got into the house the house itself is not bad. It is new inside and well updated. The noise from downstairs is not that bad but it is significant. They slam the ice cream cooler shut and it gets quite loud on a Friday or Thursday night. They have white noise blockers and if you are used to sleeping in a fairly noisy environment it will not be a problem. However, if you are someone that very much wants quiet this would not be the place for you. As I said all in all this was not a bad place but the challenge of getting in and out of the place really colored the whole experience. Oh and you can not cook more then toast without setting off the smoke detectors.
