The actual living arrangements were very nice and worked well for our family. It was very close to the shuttle so we were able to get to the slopes easily. Where we had difficulty was in dealing with Vacasa. Their response time was less than adequate. Our flight into Vail was 5 hours earlier than check-in time and they had no solutions as to storing our luggage. This is a ski resort! After staying on hold for 40 minutes, I was shocked to hear them say they had nothing to offer us. Additionally, the first night we were there, the smoke alarm went off for no reason and rang over 30 minutes. I kept trying to call and call with no answer from them. They want you to text them instead of calling and even then, it was well over an hour before they responded to my urgent request. By then, the fire department came, ready to knock the door down and thankfully were able to disconnect and then reset everything but said the vents were so dirty the air had nowhere to go. The smoke alarms had to be replaced. Maintenance was extremely kind but I will not rent from any place in the future that uses Vacasa as their property manager.

Nice property, not too far away from the Avon Skier Express Bus for access to the slopes.
Only issue was Water heater was not able to support 8 guests. Only a few people were able to enjoy a warm shower after skiing all day. Needs to be addressed; otherwise, highly recommend!

Great place
Easy access to everything in the valley. It is close to I-70 so you do get some highway noise at night but nothing too crazy. Plenty of room and well equipped. Would stay there again.

Christmas Stay in Beaver Creek
We had an excellent experience staying in Beaver Creek over Christmas! Turnkey has a really great texting service and are very responsive. They laid out all the instructions perfectly and it was very easy to find.
The condo’s layout was perfect, the beds were so comfortable and they had everything you could possible need (laundry pods, boot dryers, dish soap, ziplock bags, etc.) Really loved that every TV had a Roku already signed in and ready to use. The couch is amazingly comfortable!
The condo was close to a park that our Toddler loved and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the lift at The Westin. We skied Beaver Creek, Vail, and Keystone.
The only two negatives are the copper countertops are really high maintenance and the fireplace didn’t work, but those won’t detour us from staying there again!
Great value for how many people it sleeps and it’s location. Highly recommend.

Three levels is not ideal for my husband's back issues, so we took the bedroom suite on the ground floor (the bed was so very comfortable and nice fluffy towels) and loved the extra large closet. We love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked (except for more baking dishes would be nice). Games for the grandkids was an extra bonus and they loved discovering them. Only disappointment was not being able to use the garage.

Our family of 6 adults stayed at this condo the week between Christmas and New Years. The property was just as pictured and a great space for 3 couples. The kitchen was good sized and well equipped. Other reviewers had mentioned the proximity to the freeway was an issue but we did not seem to notice major traffic noise. We would like to know how to heat the downstairs bedroom a little more—it was very cold (as in below zero) outside and that floor is much colder than the rest of the unit. This condo is “in town” and not at the ski area but the shuttle bus stops right next door at the Comfort Inn and the gondola at the Westin is about a 7 minute walk away. Restaurants were also within walking distance. This is an older condo complex but is well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, we had a good experience. Condo is updated, clean, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it is not air conditioned and the windows on the North side are right next to the highway (road noise fairly loud)

The location was fine except for proximity to highway. Setup was functional and spacious. No air conditioning so you had to open the windows at night to cool off.
