The Osgood family are so friendly, welcoming and offer a home away from home. They are so kind and accommodating. Their apartment on their farm is perfect and exactly what we were looking for for our short stay in NH! Thank you, Ken & Kate!

Kate and Ken were great hosts on their little farm. If you are looking for a nice quiet spot, this checks all the boxes.

We only got to stay for few nights since we were up in Laconia for a softball tournament. The place was perfect and over exceeded our expectations. The Host was great and the farm was and extra treat. My son fell in love with the piggies! Wish we had more time there. We hope to be back again when we have more time to enjoy! Oh, and the farm fresh eggs and the gifts were a nice touch! We made a few tasty breakfast sandwiches.

Kate and Ken are the type of hosts that make you feel like family even before you check into the property. Kate was quick with responses and was very accommodating as we were unable to make check in on time. The purpose for our stay was pleasure, we had family with us and wanted to enjoy some of the activities in New Hampshire. We had our weekend planned out for us ahead of time but one small adjustment we made came as a great suggestion from Kate. The town they live in had their annual year celebration - food trucks and fireworks. We had no idea Kate and her husband own a Food Truck, we headed down to the town celebration and were greeted with Tacos made fresh from their food truck and had wonderful conversations with the locals in the area - we also had a massive fireworks display to enjoy. Being able to enjoy a small piece of their home town celebrations made it a weekend we would not forget. Kate is so close with everyone in the town, we really felt the strong sense of community and how close everyone is and how well everyone knows each other. Back to the house: We had fresh eggs in the fridge upon arrival, we had plenty of space to sleep, house was clean as expected and before we left we got to enjoy a tour of the FARM. We were able to meet their children and their dog. When I tell you this experience made us feel like we were a part of the family - it really was. Kate and Ken are good, honest and hard working people. We will be back to stay and support them again in the future.

We all had a great time on the farm. Very family friendly environment. The fresh meats available were amazing! We will visit again!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying on the Osgood farm! We came up for a concert and then spent the weekend to enjoying North Conway and Weirs beach. Ken and Kate are amazing hosts and made sure we had everything for us to be comfortable. We would love to stay at the farm again and would highly recommend! Thank you again Osgood family!

The rooms were so clean and cozy and the place had everything we needed including fresh eggs in the fridge! Great choice if you are interested in farm animals-we woke up every morning and could visit their sheep, chickens, and pigs. Amazing place for a family. Relaxing and fun!

Great location, we did not have time to enjoy the farm aspect of it but confortable and was awesome to get the fresh eggs etc..

No request (including decaf tea and beach chairs) was ever an imposition. The apartment was lovely, tastefully decorated and sparkling clean. Fresh eggs from the chickens were in our refrigerator when we arrived. We even got a tour of the farm. And the roosters were kind enough to be quiet until 7 a.m. What a fun week we had. We were so sorry to leave such a charming place (and family) and won't hesitate to return when we can. .
