The perfect place to relax and play during your next mountain adventure! ABOUT THE HOME This unit was built and furnished to provide the comforts of home. In fact, it’s not just a rental, but our family’s mountain home that we are excited to share with you! Full accommodations for up to 12 individuals (6 adults max) with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus common area bunk beds and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper to provide additional sleeping capacity. Master suite includes a king bed, walk in closet, and bathroom with double sinks and large frameless glass shower. Two other spacious bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) and two full bathrooms provide additional comforts for your family and guests. All bedrooms include bed linens, towels, essential amenities, smart televisions, and additional chairs or desk for a private reading or work space. Quiet top floor corner unit offers minimal shared wall space with neighbors and is perfect for a large family or for families to share. Additional accommodations include fully furnished kitchen with everything needed to prepare and enjoy your meals during an extended stay. Dining space (and dishes/flatware/servingware) to service 12 individuals (8 at dining room table and 4 at breakfast bar). Living room has ample seating with 2 armchairs and sofa sleeper with a built-in chaise lounge. Large covered, wrap-around deck with gorgeous views and a private hot tub. 65” mounted smart television above fireplace (viewable from the hot tub) will provide for your relaxing evening after a full day on the slopes or trails! ABOUT THE AREA Winter Park Resort is a top tier resort and offers ample ski, snowboard, biking, and hiking adventures. The town of Winter Park and surrounding area offers additional skiing (downhill and cross-country), snow tubing, snow shoeing, snow mobile, ice skating, sleigh rides, biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, hot air ballooning and nearly every other outdoor adventure you can think of. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are only a 30-minute drive. This quiet valley, only 1.5 hours from Denver, also offers an inspiring art and culture scene in addition to the natural beauty. Galleries, museums, breweries, distilleries, and an impressive lineup of summer festivals make this a must-experience vacation for all seasons. Stunning condo! It’s even better in person than the pictures online. I did not want to leave. It has everything you could possibly need for an extended vacation. The host, Josh was so helpful anytime we needed him. He even went out of his way to have the hot tub cleaned in the middle of our trip since we were there for 9 nights. My family and I will definitely be back again.

This was an excellent property for our extended family. We had children with us ranging in ages from 3-12, and it was a spacious and comfortable place for everyone. The sleeping situations were great - the kids loved the bunk room. And the shared spaces were great for spending time together. Kitchen is super well-stocked with everything you need for cooking. We also appreciated how much great light this condo gets. We stay in several condos a winter, and this was definitely one of the very nicest.

Our group loved the layout of the condo and top floor views. The 3 bedrooms plus the bunk room for up to 3-4 more people provides a lot of space. The property is very new, clean, well furnished and organized. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Wi-fi speed was lightening fast for a morning of work with Zoom calls. Having a desk in one bedroom was extremely helpul - a rarity for ski properties. Parking was convenient. We hope to return someday!

Communication from owner was excellent, including prior to arrival and after departure, to ensure we had a great stay. Location was perfect with a short drive to Winter Park. Kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything one could need. Main room felt large and warm with a lot of space to hold 3 full families. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Located in Fraser right off of Route 40, this 3rd floor condo feels far more spacious than the square footage in the listing indicates. With 14 foot ceilings, high end finishes and a deck large enough for a hot tub, our two families consisting of 4 adults and 6 kids had ample space for our ski weekend.
The condo came stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, condiments, olive oil, etc) and had ample cookware and place settings. While the dining table could only accommodate 8, the remainder were able to sit at the island during mealtimes.
The bedrooms were well appointed but only one of the bedrooms (the master) had an en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms had access to two bathrooms via the main hall. While the "bunk room" is perfect for kids, it's important to note that the owner simply converted the walk-in kitchen pantry into the space so there's no closet or space for storing luggage. It's literally a "bunk room" and not much more. Not sure adults would want to stay in it but for kids, it was sufficient. Linens, towels, mattresses, pillows, etc., were all of good quality. The owner also included towels specifically for the hot tub by the patio door which was appreciated.
While the property offers access to a heated garage, the suburban we rented was a little too large for it. It did not matter, however, as there were several spots available in the parking lot adjacent to the condo.
The elevator in the building was useful when it came time to haul skis up and down the stairs and the ski locker in the common hallway kept equipment out of the way.
Owner was proactive in all communication and incredibly responsive. We encountered no issues apart from a stuck patio door but the owner warned us about it ahead of time and indicated that it would get fixed.
If you haven't visited winter park before, Fraser's located only a 10 minute drive to the resort. Great restaurants in the area include Elevation Pizza, Shreddy's Tacos (definitely visit the brewery next door as well as it's dog friendly) and Stoney's at Winter Park resort. For our rentals, we used Black Tie who delivered directly to the condo with no complications.

Beautiful AND comfortable!
The process was very easy from start to finish. The condo had everything we needed: there was plenty of room for 6 adults, it was convenient to everything, and the condo itself was just lovely. My husband wanted to buy one just like it. Also, the owner was very responsive and genuinely concerned about our comfort.

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is in the perfect location for skiing at Winter Park. Very clean and met all our expectations. It is perfectly situated if the city of Fraser is putting on their fireworks show.

Amazing Condo and Location in Winter Park
We cannot say enough about this property. Josh is an incredible host, extremely helpful, and checked in with us before and during our stay to ensure that there were no issues. The property is brand new and fully equipped. We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers with us and everyone was comfortable. The teens loved the bunk room. The condo is 2 miles from all the restaurants and shops in Winter Park and 10 minutes to the ski village. We were easily on the slopes at 9am each day without a big rush. We will definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
Everything was excellent, from the space to the communication. Josh went above and beyond to make sure the renting process went smoothly- from prior to our trip to checking in afterwards. He was easy to reach during our stay if we had any issues arise and was very willing to help!
We had 5 adults and 3 kids and the space worked out perfectly. The town of Fraser is cute and convenient (everything you need is about 3 minutes from each other). We went skiing at Winter Park Resort which is a 5-7 minute drive away. We highly recommend this property and definitely hope to return one day soon. Thanks to the Schulz family for sharing this beautiful spot.

AWESOME PROPERTY! WONDERFUL STAY!
My family and I had a WONDERFUL STAY @ this property! Very nice and plenty of room. It even has your own private Hot Tub! Nothing negative @ all to say about it. The location is also perfect. Everything you need is right there or within a mile or 2. Grocery store, Breweries, Nice restaurants, Snowmobiling, Tubing, Skiing etc. I would highly recommend this property. When we go back to the Winter Park / Fraser area again, I will certainly plan ahead and re-book this property! A Big THANK YOU to Mr. & Mrs. Schultz for sharing their property! It made our stay in Colorado that much better!
