We just ask you clean them before you leave so the next guest can use them! KB Surf Shack is the north side of a luxury two-sided duplex and, as such, the pool will be shared with the south side of the duplex. The walkway to the beach is also shared. The north side of the private large deck overlooking the pool has many lounge chairs, an outdoor grill and a table to enjoy outdoor time during your stay. The large covered porch upstairs accessed by the master will be the perfect place to watch the sunrise or escape the summer heat with an incredible view of the ocean. We love our four-legged family members but ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed, and any guest with pets will be asked to leave immediately, will forfeit their security deposit, and will not receive any refunds for the remainder of their visit.
