Very impressed overall with how everything went this Thanksgiving at HHI. No problems whatsoever, every detail about the rental was covered and organized exceptionally well. The kitchen was nicely stocked and organized for our initial arrival and stay. Host to Coast did a remarkable job at making this HHI visit the most enjoyable and easiest one we have ever had.

The villa was close to Coligny Plaza and the beach and restaurants. But the Owner may want to think about some upgrades. Not enough seating for 5 adults, dishwasher was rusted out, downstairs bathroom floor was ready to fall in (possible lawsuit), mattresses need to be replaced as well (lumpy). Closets were full of cleaning equipment and pictures (couldn’t hang clothes).

Very clean and centrally located property.
Only a 7 minute walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay and hope to be back again next year! If I could add any feedback, I wish there was a wagon and beach chairs with the property for guests to use. The included beach towels were great!

We enjoyed our stay as a family ! We rented bikes the first day and the location was so great! It was a quick 5 minute bike ride to the beach and a 10 minute bike ride to downtown shops and food spots. We also loved that part of our fees goes back into the community! The only suggestion I would make is adding one more comfy chair to the tv area would be great . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay . We will be back!

We had a fantasitic experience with Host2Coast rentals through VRBO. They were quick to let us know when our condo was available and checked on us right away to make sure we were in the condo and had everything we needed. The condo was not far from the beach if you drive or bicycle, but a bit much to try to walk. We had teens so we didn't have much "stuff" to carry, but we still drove to the public access. We have been coming to HHI for 13+ years and had another great experience. Host2coast was by far the easiest to work with and contact especially once on property.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and very clean! It fit our family of 5 perfectly! Our favorite part was the proximity to the pool and bike paths! Our least favorite part was the tight parking lot since we have a bigger truck but it was manageable. The management company, Host 2 Coast, was amazing! Having stayed with Vacasa in the past i now know i much prefer host2coast! Easy communication with them and they went above and beyond several times for us!

We really enjoyed the stay here ,altho the dryer was very loud due to bearings being out and the lint trap kept coming out causing damage to several items of clothing. The dryer destroyed a bra , 5 pairs of shorts and a dress . Very dissapointed with dryer !! Also floor in lower batroom was sunk in .

Our stay enjoyable. Attention to detail much appreciated .. Only one thing I would suggest … we got in late … it was dark. Very difficult to see unit numbers . Maybe even leaving porch light on wouid be helpful..

Great location and we didn’t have to deal with gates and gate keepers. Close to beach, we walked with kids & all the stuff. Rode bikes, played cards, ate ice cream. Traffic on HHI was terrible so we were pleased to avoid driving.

Enjoyed our 2-month winter stay here very much. It was nice having plenty of space and we love the location. Only about 15-min walk to the beach. The kitchen is very nice. Lots of cabinets, counter space and dishes, etc. Only major complaint is living room furniture needs to be replaced. Very low to the ground and uncomfortable. Would also be nice if there was a king bed in the primary bdrm. Very nice washer but old dryer that takes a LONG time to dry clothes.

It seemed the owner was more concerned with people tracking dirt into the condo then the comfort of their guests. That being said, the location puts you right in the middle of where you want to be.

The property is in a wonderful location. The layout of the property was comfortable for my family. The only issue was that the dishes were put away dirty. There were stains on the silverware, dishes and cups. We had to hand wash all of the dishes before using them. The dishwasher was rusty so we didn’t use it.

The lock takes some time to figure out. The place was clean but the furniture and beds are uncomfortable. The dishwasher, only the bottom washer works. Nothing put on the the top rack would come clean. And the dryer squeaks and will only dry small loads. Plus the stairs need a night light.

June 2022 vacation
Overall the condo was just okay- decor was dated- walk to the beach was not bad, about 7 min. Very limited plates- no bottle opener and in the picture there was a keureg,. I had asked the management prior to arriving if the unit had one- and was told they did. On arrival, no keureg, was then told by management the owner had taken it out of the unit but they offered to bring coffee. There were flip flops at the doorway, and a sign where we were asked to wear them in the home to prevent sand from being tracked, well the flip flops were previously worn and “full” of sand. Walking up to the unit sand toys were left and thrown under the stairs to the unit and on the back deck. Sand all over both thresholds to both doors. So it was hard not to track it into the home. The towels, toiletries provided was a nice touch. The washer/dryer were a great bonus but the dryer was very loud to run. Couches were low to the floor and hard to get in and out of. But overall it was a relaxing vacation and the beaches were amazing!

We had a great girl’s weekend staying at this property. Great place, close to shops and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, and the villa was clean and well stocked with all the necessary essentials. It was nice not having to worry about bringing dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels or TP. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay too. The supplied beach towels and beach chairs was a plus! However, I would recommend that the beach chairs be replaced. The straps were ripped on each of them, so they wouldn't stay closed when we were walking to the beach. Although it is not a “far” walk to Coligney beach, another suggestion would be to provide a beach wagon for guests to use instead of lugging their chairs, bags, and coolers by hand. The bedrooms were cozy, and it was great having our own bathrooms too. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom was delightful!!!! No issues with loud neighbors or alligator sightings. :) My last suggestion would be to provide information to your guests regarding the free trolley and free golf cart service available. We ended up having a wonderful golf cart driver who would pick us up and drop us off whenever we were ready. Maybe leave a “Things to Do” sheet with local restaurants and their hours of operation and additional services available. Overall, we had an amazing time! Would definitely stay here again. Excellent getaway spot!
I rented this property to celebrate my hubby's birthday. We brought our 18 month old, our pup, and my father in law. The layout of the condo is PERFECT. The living area is wide open, the kitchen was gorgeous, and it was stocked with everything INCLUDING COFFEE!! The outdoor area was just enough to walk our dog. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Such a nice touch! The location is excellent; just a couple minutes drive to anything you could want to do on the island. We were all very happy with it! One thing I would mention is Google Maps brings you in through what seems like the front of the condo complex, so it's a bit confusing, and there are some SERIOUS speedbumps. My FIL's small car bottomed out a couple of times, but our truck and SUV fared fine. It would also be awesome if checkout was 11am. I can't even call those complaints, as we enjoyed our stay here VERY much. I'd recommend this property to anyone!
