Situated in Nuevo Vallarta, this lovely condo for $829 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Spectacular 2 floor beachfront penthouse (almost 700 meters of construction) with unique views from Punta Mita to Puerto Vallarta. The private pool on the top floor of more than 10 meters long in the "roof garden" makes us the best option if you want privacy and that there are no schedules to use the pools and common areas (enjoy until you want) The entire apartment. It is surrounded by a terrace that allows 360-degree views that is perfect for unforgettable breakfasts and dinners outdoors It has 3 very spacious bedrooms, with a balcony and ocean views, as well as a sofa bed in the common area and a room for service personal. Each room has a full bathroom and there is also 1 half bathroom on the main floor and another half bathroom on the roof garden. Very spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and bar that, because they are without walls, promote the coexistence of all the guests in the same area. The very spacious kitchen, with an island as a breakfast area and spectacular views of the bay, makes cooking a pleasure. The colors in white, the wide and open spaces and the design of furniture and common areas make it a place that will make you come back. It has 2 parking spaces, access to the beach in a private area and 1 infinity pool for common use by the sea (additional to the pool in the PH). It has Wi-Fi, cable TV, dishes for up to 10 people, kitchen utensils, washing machine and dryer, towels for the bath and pool and the necessary amenities such as shampoo, soap and toilet paper, as well as an iron and hair dryer. 100 kW per reserved night are included, which is enough for the normal use of the apartment. The pool is heated in case you want to have it warmer and has an additional cost for the electricity used to heat it (approximately $ 1,200 per day).

Pablo was super helpful during the check in process. Facility felt safe. The PH is nice and spacious. Perfect, quiet location on the beach. Some tips: 1. 100 kwh per night basically covers lights, refrigerator, and water heater. The pool pump runs constantly and you will be charged for that and any AC you use. There are splits in the rooms, but their efficiency will run you about $60 USD per night if you want to turn on the AC. 2. Private pool is a nice amenity, but can only be used early in the morning and it heats up very quickly. The deck boards are rotted in some spots and can cause injury. 3. If you plan to grill, you will need a full bag of charcoal and lighter fluid. Note: the only place in town with fluid is Walmart. You can get charcoal anywhere. 4. Steer away from using the gas stove top. Gas leaks and the pressure is low. 5. I was asked by another representative the day before check in to pay another $400 up front for damage deposit. I refused as that was not part of the listing. My advice, screen shot the listing when you book as it is listed multiple places and the listings are different. All in all, we loved the place and would stay again. I recommend it, but expect to pay more than your booking.

This condo has the best view, center of bay, close to ocean, taller than surrounding buildings; simply amazing. The interior could use some up-keep (i.e. lights/fan in master toilet room didn't work; broken blinds) and they could definitely provide you with more towels. One bath towel and one beach towel per person for a week is silly; not to mention the one hand towel per bathroom, no wash cloths at all, and no kitchen towels. The kitchen lacks proper dishes & utensils (i.e. no tupperware, only small fry pans, no baking sheets) and the grill on the rooftop - well don't plan on using that. It's charcoal and completely rusted out. The rooftop is less than desired which is unfortunate because it's why we booked this condo. The pool is gross, the deck boards are not safe (do not even think about walking barefoot!) and the furniture has seen better days (the canopy bed had no canopy, was held together with duct tape and the mat was covered in bird poop). We didn't use the roof. The elevators worked on and off and 11 flights of stairs is no joke. The view was great though, the condo public pool was amazing, the beach is my absolute favorite, the security people were great for getting taxis / bringing you water jugs / ice, and we always felt safe.

This penthouse is even more amazing than the photos! Very spacious with stunning 360-degree views, relaxing indoor/outdoor living, a scenic & clean beach, a vigilant & helpful security team, OUR OWN POOL on the roof! Every day we were faced with such difficult choices... sunbathe on the roof while reading a book in the pool, take a dip in the heated pool downstairs, or sit by the ocean under a palapa with our feet in the sand. Honestly, I've never stayed anywhere so deluxe. Neighborhood is very nice. 5-10 minute taxi ride to a big, fancy grocery store. Pablo was fantastic! Very responsive to any question, plus he's friendly and fun. We had a vacation that our family will always remember! Perfecto!

This property has the most amazing views and really is oceanfront!! If you want to have breathtaking views and fall asleep to the waves then this is a great option. Location: This property is located on a quiet street. It is very safe with security guards at the gate. Restaurants/Groceries: The closest restaurant is about a 6 min walk. Other restaurants are about a 15 min walk. Otherwise you can walk on the beach for 10-15 min to a beach restaurant or you can catch cabs to restaurants that are 5 min drive away and very good. Cleanliness: The place only gave 1 towel per person, and the towels were so thin and old. We did tall this to the property manager and he was great to communicate with and gave us more that were newer and less worn.
