The owner was more than accommodating, we originally had our stay booked Memorial Day Weekend but had a death in the family. I explained our situation and even though it was last minute, as in literally the night before, and according to the lease it was non refundable, Bruce found us days we could change our reservation to in June!!! It’s a beautifully maintained and completely updated home. It’s only a few short blocks to the beach and feet from some great restaurants! There’s nothing negative I can say about this rental or Bruce! Thank you for the fantastic stay!!!

From beginning to end, renting and staying at this property was a great pleasure. The owner communicated swiftly and with appropriate detail at every stage of the booking and renting process. The house is spotless and comfortable, with a true "home away from home" feel. The location is excellent, within a short distance of the many things Atlantic City and the surroundings have to offer. I cannot think of one negative to our stay. Thank you Bruce!

We went to A.C. for a weekend and needed a house to fit 3 couples (i.e., 3 queen or king rooms, each with access to their own bathroom). This house was perfect. We were able to spread out and have some privacy but also hang out together in the main area. The house was very well stocked and the owner came when we first arrived to show us around and answer any questions we had. He lives in an apartment on the first floor (below the two floors that we were renting), but did not come by other than when we first arrived and was very helpful and friendly! It was winter, so we weren't looking for someplace close to the beach - it is perfect for getting around Margate, Ventnor, and Atlantic City - within a 10 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go! I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay. I would say the only complaint maybe would be the bare window in the upstairs shower and the sliding door without a lock. But it wouldnt deter me from staying again. We cant wait to book another time!

I really enjoyed this stay. Bruce was very accommodating and the house was just as pictured. There was plenty of room and the open concept was nice for hanging out with the family. It was also very close to great shops and the boardwalk as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ventnor!

This is a perfect property rental in Ventnor families. Great location good food choices easy access to the beach in a very comfortable house many amenities to make your stay comfortable. All website pictures are an accurate house as well start and the owner is available and helpful as needed. No issues in a two week family stay with lots of people. Great little beach town!
This home was perfect for a quiet family vacation! The neighborhood was walkable, and lots of folks biked everywhere. The beach was clean with wonderful waves and soft sands. Our son loved getting to borrow the boogie board at the house to try for the first time. The house was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to relax after a long day at the beach. Try the local restaurants on the block, as you won't be disappointed!

The house is lovely! State-of-the-art appliances, quality linens, and comfortable mattresses. Quiet and enjoyable, walk to restaurants, ice cream, and pizza. The house is well stocked with the usual necessities.
Bruce is a wonderful host and was always available.

Family getaway
House was amazing… Bruce was amazing… close to Beach!!! All good!!! We had a great time and Bruce was personable and always reacheable for anything… had my 4 kids there ages 17 to 22 and 2 of my girls boyfriends… everyone had there own bathroom pretty much and own rooms… 2 in a room each… i could of had my parents come too and stay on a pull out… or me and my husband stay on pull out… lol… they just had got home from a cruise… but again… 100 percent on ratiings for house and Bruce!!! Thankss again Bruce!!!!

Nice place but be prepared for constant check ins from host
The place looked exactly like the listing and was very clean! Linens, beach tags, and chairs were provided so that was all a huge plus! The reason for less than 5 stars is mostly due to the host, Bruce. He was pretty unresponsive when I asked questions via the app, and when he did respond he didn’t actually answer my questions. The biggest downside was that he actually lives BENEATH the rental, meaning he is always there. My work friends and I went for a long weekend trip, and Bruce “checked in” on us every single day. We received no complaints about noise or disruptions, so the checking in we found very rude and intrusive. I was actually in the kitchen cooking when Bruce walked through the door without knocking to tell us he washed off the beach chairs (which was a nice gesture, just wish he would have at least knocked). Certain parts of the fridge we couldn’t use because he had his own food there. He did ask for permission to enter the rental to get some clothes (again, not sure why he left them in the rental?). He also has a dog, which he left out without supervision on the back patio which is shared by his place and the rental. My friends were sitting out there with the dog and Bruce saw they were there so just said “oh great you’ll watch him for me” or something like that. Also, there is NOT room for 5 cars in the driveway as Bruce has a big truck that takes up a good amount of space. Overall, the place was nice, clean, and in a good location. I don’t want to be too hard on the host, but the daily check ins and overall lack of boundaries was a turn off.

We had an excellent experience. The house is beautiful, newly renovated and extremely well kept. The host was available for any questions or help that May have been needed.. the house was spacious , beautiful with a large deck
