The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone counters, custom cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. Pros: We liked the three king size beds. The living room is huge with plenty of seating. The pool is nice. Plenty of towels and dishes. Beautiful neighborhood. House is nicely decorated. Cons: the pool patio area needs a good cleaning including the table. It would be nice if an outside light would be left on for guest checking in after dark. The light switches are all over the place and trying to figure out what the belong to is a lot of work.

Place was a perfect size. Lots of space and room for the whole family. The communication with the company was super easy and they were able to accommodate and help with any issues or concerns that came up. The pool was always clean and people came to check levels. Takes a little getting use to the alarm system but after that super easy! Definitely recommend this rental due to the ease of checking in and out, communication, size, and living area outside.

We were very happy with our stay. Good communication. Comfortable bedding, plenty of space. Very near dining options and grocery stores. Kids loved the pool! We would come back and not think twice about it! Really thankful for the beach chairs! Went and bought some locally that were very expensive. Saw that those were available and returned the ones I bought! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at riverview retreat. There were a couple of very minor issues when we got there that were resolved quickly the next day. You can text the property manager which is quick and convenient. The house is really beautiful, especially the yard. It's like a mini botanical garden. I wandered around the yard several times and every time I noticed a plant I hadn't seen before. This might be common in Florida yards but it was definitely something different for our Midwestern crew! The only thing I can think of to improve on would be another half bath out by the pool. For a house rated for 10 people another toilet would be great! Otherwise everything was perfect.

The home was beautiful and super clean. The surrounding community was also very nice. The communication via email and phone with property management before we arrived and during the stay was helpful. The pool needed to be cleaned but was cleaned the day before our stay ended (Cleaned Mon & Thurs) The alarm went off every time the door opened and we had to press bypass. Overall would definitely stay again !!

The house was spacious for us while we stayed there. There were a few minor inconveniences, but we were able to overlook them. The pool was clean and warm, but the lights were hard to find. The yard is not completely fenced in and since we travel with our 2 little dogs it was very inconvenient. On top of that there are NO sidewalks anywhere around so it was dangerous and sketchy walking them. Overall it was a nice location and space for the price.

This residence was beautiful. The recent renovations were spot on. It was obvious that we were the first clients to stay on the property after the full renovations. There were basic necessities that were missing that will need to be stocked for others that stay at this property after us. Many simple, but necessary, kitchen accessories were missing like "hot-pads" to take things out of the oven, pizza cutter, crock-pot. There is also no comforters or duvets on the beds; just fitted sheets and the top flat sheet. It got very chilly sleeping at night without a comforter/duvet. One disappointment that we did have was not having the pool heated. The pool was advertised as heated, one of the main reasons we chose this particular property. After talking with management, we were informed that the pool does not have a heater. The pool was too cold to use, which was a major bummer for us! A huge disappointment for sure.
