Location: Hide Out – a new residential area – Breathtaking views - Situated above the Jordanelle Reservoir - only 8 minutes from Historic Main Street and Park City Mountain resort, also 6 minutes from Deer Valleys Jordanelle Express gondola. This welcoming residence provides a peaceful setting while still being close enough to enjoy the local ski resorts and lake. Guest will enjoy beautiful new construction while getting an incredible value compared to staying in the crowded Park City proper. A car is recommended. Town Home: New Hot tub ready for relaxing in after your mountain adventures. This home has stylish new furnishings, game room with pool table and large TV. The main living/dining room area has breathtaking views. Cook in the gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a fabulous meal. This brand-new rental is perfect for families and groups. Bedrooms: Master King bedroom with luxurious bathroom including a washer and dryer and walk-in closet. Enjoy views of the lake and mountains out on the private deck Top floor -Queen bedroom has access to the shared full bath with 2nd bedroom which has a full-size bed. Top floor has a Game Room: pool table and large screen TV with Views of the lake and Mountains from the big picture windows. There is also a wet bar and 2nd washer and dryer. Relax on the comfortable couches in front of a big screen smart TV to watch your favorite movie. Living room: main floor Enjoy Spectacular views of the Jordanelle Lake and ski Mountains from the big picture windows: There are Comfortable couches in front of the gas fireplace and large smart screen TV. The comfortable dining room table accommodates 6, plus 4 bar stools accommodate 10 for eating the meal. Prepare your meals in the beautiful gourmet kitchen. We were a family of 5 with adult children. This property was very well appointed and spacious. Check-in was hassle free. The accessibility to Park City(15 minutes) and the Interstate made it such a great location and the views of Jordanelle Reservoir were truly gorgeous. There is some minor construction in the neighborhood which we never heard but the dirt is everywhere on the road and driveway from it. We did our best to not track it into the house. Aside from that, our stay was perfect. The owners have done a nice job with the decor and outfitting the property with anything you could possibly need. We did discover there is also a nice restaurant located just up the road called The Overlook. It was a nice change from the long wait times in Park City. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to the area.

Condo was clean and spacious. We had an incredible view of the Jordanelle. We were just about 12 minutes from Park City. Very good location.

This is a brand new and beautifully decorated home. The location in Hideout/Kamas is perfect for skiing many of Utah’s great mountains. There are 2 things you should be aware of- the house is very vertical with lots of steps ( didn’t bother us ) and there is active construction going on next door which can be noisy and active with trucks. I don’t like ending on a negative so I’ll go back to saying how beautiful the home and mountain views are.

This condo has it all! Roomy, great views, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Construction was a little annoying but we knew that going into it. Getting up the driveway in heavy snow eas challenging. Internet & TV were down the last 2 days of our vacation so that was inconvenient. The property manager was nice and attentive.

Property was brand new and beautiful. Tremendous views of Deer Valley and the Jordanelle. Stylishly appointed. Very comfortable and roomy. Nicest place we have stayed in. Loved it and will be back for sure.

Beautiful and well appointed home. Comfortable beds, great amenities. Once the hot tub comes, will be even better. Only complaint is the ongoing construction of the other homes and the street traffic, but we knew this. Overall fantastic stay!

Beautiful property with amazing views!
My family of 4 stayed at this property for Spring Break and it was wonderful! The condo is clean, bright and beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone to come together but also have their own space. And the views are amazing!! The kitchen is great - I love to prepare meals even on vacation so really appreciated the high end appliances and work space. There is construction around that starts early on weekdays, but not a big deal at all. Check in and out were a breeze. We loved that it had a garage for our car and gear. Location is great as well - close to Deer Valley gondola, Park City, and a quick jump onto the highway to go over to Alta/Snowbird. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful new property
Great place. New everything. I'll be coming back to this one for sure. I was worried staying a little further away from Park City and in a new construction area that the roads aren't given the same attention in snowy conditions but the driveway and roads were cleared every day.

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning!! We had Ana amazing time the house was clean and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The whole trip was outstanding!!! We would totally go back❤️

Awesome Location for a Family Ski Vacation
The perfect location to get access to Deer Valley and Park City without the hustle, bustle, and congestion of downtown Park City. Brand new construction with attention to detail. It is worth noting that construction is still taking place around this unit but not when it is snowing. Also, the property management company consistently came through to make sure the private road was cleared and the driveway was salted which was a plus compared to other units in the area.

Gorgeous property!
We fell in love the second we step foot onto this property...it is even more beautiful in person than online! We loved every second we spent here. One minor issue was that the main level (kitchen/living room/master) didn't get as warm as the upper level, but the fireplace helped. The house was well stocked with towels, paper goods, and even shampoos, etc. (although we brought our own). We stayed over New Year's Eve and were able to see a few fireworks across the lake. It was quite magical! Highly recommended.
