All five bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible. Bedroom 1 features a comfy king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and beautiful views of the lake and pool area. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the largest room in the home and features two queen-sized beds plus a sofa bed for one additional guest. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on using the sofa bed so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are each furnished with a queen-sized bed and shared access to a private bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a queen-sized bed and beautiful views of the lake and pool area. If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. This spacious property has three full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Bathroom 1 is located off the first bedroom and features dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area and also has direct access to the pool area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror. Bathroom 3 is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has a large tiled walk-in shower. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee. The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
