Can I lease month to month?" If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through the app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease). "Is there a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?" Yes, we require a pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking. We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to 2 dogs during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. “What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?” Our minimum age required to book is 18 :) “Do you offer payment plans?” By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
