The Tenant is part of our family and keeps a security check on the home and helps keep the pool and back yard clean for our guests! He does not have access to the main area of the house. The backyard/pool he does but respects guests privacy of use. He does love to meet new people and is always up for a pool party but knows it’s invitation only. :) THE LOFT/BRIDAL SUITE IS OFF LIMITS TO GUESTS UNLESS RENTED SEPARATELY.
