Heated pool is an additional of $150 a night max 90 Farenheit Heated spa is an additional feature $50 a day 72 hours in advance. schedule 7pm to midnight automatically First Floor has Luxury Italian Marble Open Space Sorrounding a living Room , with A Gourmet Chef Kitchen with plenty of cabinet and everthing to please your stay , Modern Reclinable Sofa and 1 big Bedroom . And 2 guest Bathroom . Going to the second Story we have a beautiful second Living Room With a big Sofa Entertainment System .with A Big Balcony showing the view of the Gulf Access , there is total of 2 bedroom , in one of the Bedroom there is queen bed with a trunkle and a full bed. A private second bedroom queen. The Third Story is a Nice studio with Private Bathroom and Bedroom The exterior (great for fishing or entertaining) has a huge dock area to park your boat, gorgeous paver patio with Heated If you like to be active there are nearby rentals for stand up paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, boats and jet skis. to enjoy the quiet Of Palaco Grande , wich offer security and less traffic . ***Heated spa is an additional feature, when added it will turn automatically from 7pm to 11pm.*** The neighborhood is quiet most of the home around are Vacation Rental. you have grocery stores walmart, publix, cvs near by many more. Super property and perfect for my family of 13. The pool and hot tub were great. More than enough room. Everyone had a bed and bath and well equipped roomy kitchen. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. Overall a super property.

Place is outdated and nothing like on the pictures... Fraud owner, he claimed for damaged chandelier 5k... Was calling us evening saying that we are talking load outside. And the best part is that one of my guest left his toiletry bag with expensive watch in it and he found the bag but no watch in it!!!

Great neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. Location was very friendly in the regard of 20 minutes travel time to everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious rooms. Got lots of use out of the spa! Definitely recommend!

We were 2 families of 4 with teenage girls, looking for a getaway for Labor Day weekend. The house was exactly as described. Plenty of space with many areas for us to all chill together. House is very close to restaurants and and bars on the water. Highly recommend this house!

I was a little hesitant on spending what we did on the vrbo on this location, however, upon arrival, all directions were clear on how to enter. Mind you we arrived at 3am in the morning from our flight. I did not check in with Davide but he did follow up via VRBO messaging to make sure everything was okay. After that he did not bother unless we requested something. He was attentive and accomidating and was immediately responsive to any questions. The pool and canal was amazing. We went to the beach and the house includes a beach cart and other ammenities. The master shower has two shower heads! The wife and I loved it. We will definitely be back! Wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you Davide for everything you did for us!! We will probably see you next year! If I could give you 10 stars I would

Good time at this house. The home was actually bigger than we expected with the third floor rooms. Communication was great with the owners. They responded very quickly to all questions. The home is located in a great spot and great for our group to move around the city. We spent a good amount of time in the pool and had a great time.

This house is a gem. Huge pool was a favorite place for kids and adults. Whole house was just amazing with everything that you may need. Special thanks for master bedroom and especially the bathroom. Highly recommend this place.

This home was very nice and clean. There was a lot of thought put into what a guest might need upon check in at this home to make you feel like your home away from home. From the personal toiletries such as body wash, toothpaste, shampoo, hand soap, extra toilet paper, hand sanitizer and even laundry supplies. etc… They provided ample towels & wash cloths for your use and plenty of pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked with everything including a coffee station and ice maker. It had all the utensils that you would need as well as dishwashing soap and extra garbage bags. They even had a office desk and work area that had a charging station for your electronics. There were plenty of pool toys and an outdoor fridge which was perfect for the outdoor kitchen area. The only down side is that we were right off the canal so our voices and music bounced off and they neighbors complained a few times about the noise level. It’s kind of hard to keep quiet when you’re on vacation and enjoying your self in such a beautiful house and wonderful pool! Overall we would definitely rent this home again…just wish we could stay longer and the host was the greatest with communication! Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your home.

The house is very clean and beautiful. I love the pool & Kitchen a lot. The house provides all the supplies from bathrooms to kitchen, from shampoo to laundry detergent. I also love the dinnerware there. Overall this is a luxury vacation house. Plus Davide is really easy to reach out to and respond quickly. The location is also excellent, it’s very close to beaches and a lot of choices of supermarkets and restaurants. Strongly recommending to friends!

Our group of eight adults (six of whom were couples) had a great time at this property. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The kitchen was one of our favorite places in the home. MASSIVE BONUS: reverse osmosis drinking water system (accessible at the kitchen sink) and countertop ice maker was such a nice addition to our stay. Communication with owner was outstanding. The house was massive and the uniqueness of the marble floors and decorations were a topic of conversation the entire time. Enjoy the variety while you’re there!
