Fabulous location steps from the broadwalk, beach and great eateries. Confortable accomodations for our 5 adults from 4 states.

As frequent travelers to the area, this house is in a great location, but will not be on our future stay list. Only two beach chairs were useable, 2 cup coffee maker for a house that holds 8 adults, electrical outlet exposed in bedroom, outlets on kitchen sink backsplash inoperable, HVAC filter old and dirty along with dirty baseboards and wall plates. Hopefully this can be addressed, as it could be a great place to stay with a little TLC.

The location is perfect and so close to the beach; however, the house was dirty, not as described in the listing, roaches were seen, couch was dirty and stained, appliances were not working properly, beach chairs were rusty and not usable, patio furniture in back was broken, and overall experience was very upsetting for our group of 8 who had flown down from Indiana to have a wonderful vacation!

We always stay in Hollywood beach for baseball games. With this property you can combine beach and baseball. It doesn’t look like it but this property is plenty big for a big family. From the front & the size you wouldn't think there was 4 nice rooms & 3 baths.

The property was great for our family but has ac issues. Upon our check in on July 1st, the house was 90 degrees. We had to have an ac tech come out that night. On July 4th, the ac went out again. There was water dripping from the ceiling and we had to put towels down so we wouldn't slip and fall. This time we didn't get an ac tech until 4pm. The house was 85 degrees so we stayed out of the house all day. Somewhere in the middle of the night on July 6th/morning of July 7th, we lost ac again. We then had to stay out of the house another day and the ac tech didn't come until 8pm. The house was 85 again. Every time the ac tech came, it was for the same problem. The ac drip pan in the attic was full of water and caused the ac to turn off. We know this because we were there and spoke with the tech each time. We are requesting some sort of compensation for each day that we were out of the house due to this issue. If someone wishes to contact us, they can.

The number one value of this property is its location. Steps away from the Hollywood Broadwalk. The beach, restaurants and nightlife are steps away from this house. The property is cozy for large groups, but it is doubtful that you will spend much time at the house itself. You're ten minutes away from Downtown Hollywood with its weekend festivals, 20 minutes or less to the Hard Rock Casino/Hotel and 30-40 minutes from Miami.
We enjoyed our stay. The off street parking was a great bonus, because $20/day in the lots is not good price point. The streets are TINY & NARROW, bring a medium sized car to navigate through the neighborhood.
I hope to make it back to this property. We had a great time.

Need refund to be honest we had roaches at both houses . They moved us from one to next because of bugs

Upon arrival the house was dirty, visible dirt and dead bugs all over the kitchen. Not to mention the cockroaches all over the place. My 5 year old son and 15 year old nephew were chilling at the house and a man entered claiming to fix the bathroom door. We were never given notice of ANYONE possibly coming to fix a door and mind you he let himself in because the key pad on the door does not work and the door does not shut unless it is locked to keep it shut. He entered the property with minor children home alone!?!? Vrbo claimed to help by starting a claim, told me to submit photos and call them back. I did. The next girl told me I had to wait on Vacasa to resolve the issue and they would call me. Well, no one has called me back to resolve this issue and I’ve made attempts to contact them. This is completely unacceptable! Needless to say, I’ve heard back from no one. Not even vrbo to be sure the issue was resolved. The first person said they would possibly move us for health and safety reasons…that makes sense. The second girl told me that my only option was to deal with Vacasa when I booked through vrbo.

Literally just steps away from the beautiful Hollywood boardwalk and beach. A much needed property and location after two long exhausting days of work! DEFINITELY looking to go back as a first choice, if available when we are back to work in South Florida!!

This was the worst vacation rental I have ever stayed in! We couldn’t get into the house via keypad and ended up have 1 actual key we had to share between 6 people. The house was so dirty, found multiple hairs all over various linens and towels I called about both of these things and they blew us off, then the towel bar broke. They blew me off about that…then the ac “froze” even being set at 65 and nobody came to fix it and the house remained 80+ for the last 2 days of our trip…I have tried to talk to someone about these issues and I’ve continued to be blown off…this was the worst experience and worst customer service even after the fact I’ve ever had traveling!

This was an amazing home to stay in. Location was perfect and the room was very accommodating for the 8 people we had in our group. Would highly recommend and will be back!!!!

The good:
Location. Location. Location. It’s literally steps from the beach. You can sit on the upstairs deck and watch the waves.
The back patio is large and has a table and chairs as well as loungers.
It’s clean
The washer/dryer came in very handy as well as the 3 provided detergent pods.
Plenty of towels for showers as well as the beach.
Parking. Having 2 spots was so nice.
The bad:
It feels like a couch was thrown into the kitchen. A lot like a studio. We never found ourselves hanging out there because of the odd set up.
The water pressure in the kitchen sink and the main bathroom shower was so poor that we couldn’t use either. I reported it to Vacasa, so hopefully it is fixed before the next renters.
The shower in the bedroom with the full size bed doesn’t get hot. Also reported.
The toilet paper holder in the main bathroom is also broken.
It’s loud. Especially on the weekends. There is a public parking space directly in front of the master bedroom, and if they pull up with music on it will sound like they are in the room with you.
Overall, I would stay again. Especially if the water pressure issues were fixed and we all didn’t have to share the same shower.

Great location. House is centrally located in Hollywood beach, near the action, and steps to boardwalk and ocean. Is has ample space for family and 2 parking spots. A cute patio to grill and one of the bedrooms has a balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. The ac while a little loud keeps home cooled. In south Florida you expect to see a bug/ roach here and there. However, we saw bugs every day. We left a glass of wine out for about 2 hrs. While going out to grab a bite. When we returned there were 4 roaches floating in the glass. The home needs attention and maintenance. Several light bulbs out and fridge is missing shelving. I would not recommend staying in this house until the house is properly treated for bugs and properly maintained.

Location is Awesome! Beds were comfortable. no towels were in the king room but we searched and found some. bring your own soap they don't even give you dawn in the kitchen. there were German roaches in the kitchen area, took 2 days to get roach spray and trash bags. Our trip was delayed due to the hurricane and flooding and they would not let us stay an extra day or offer to refund us for the day we were not able to be there. We are Floridians and you should be more kind to your locals that are more likely to rent again and again.

House is quite small which is common with most beach rentals. The private parking was a great convenience. Broadwalk and beach are only steps away which is the #1 plus of this house.

Location was the BEST. House inside was nice. Owner knew that the dryer and the loudest air conditioner known to man needed work but never saw anyone in the 10 days. Had to wait for over an hour at night with 2 young girls until I received where I could use the correct code. On the last day, my adult daughter left 2 rings on the upstairs bedroom night stand (that's on us) and we immediately contacted VRBO. Got lots of apologies but no action from corporate VRBO, never heard from local team or owner (I texted him as well). This was over a 2 week period and still...nothing. BAD business and business practices all the way around.

PROS: ice cold ac, steps to the beach, shaded front porch was great for coffee and people-watching in the morning, good-sized bedrooms, the place was pretty clean when we arrived, plenty of room for parking, close to great restaurants, good communication with property management company
CONS: small living area and kitchen for the number of people it sleeps, lower-level bathroom shower door didn’t allow for a bath mat when stepping out of the shower, the code on the door didn’t work, and there was only one key for all of us (property management came the next day and made us more keys), several small repairs are needed (towel rack was pulled out of the wall/ drawer held together by blue painters tape/etc), the kitchen was not very well stocked (no corkscrew/bottle opener/limited drinking glasses) my biggest complaint was the dude who kept walking around the property and picking around in the shed (he claimed to be the property owner and argued with me when i asked him to leave, i saw him the next morning on my way to grab breakfast and he argued with me again)
overall we had a great vacation! i would rent this place again if the property owner would focus on updating the broken things and stay away while it is being rented

An administrative mess, decent property
The property is old and has a very small living room. The bedrooms and baths are decent. Poor water flow. The location is the only reason to stay here. Vacasa was very hard to work with. I paid them $ to retrieve some items for me and never heard back.

Ended up using a key from a lock box after calling for help.The kitchen is the living room. There is no living room. The furniture for the kitchen was run down. It has a full small kitchen with few decent utensils. There are no cleaning items. There is a TV in this kitchen/living room but it is very old and there are many wires sticking out from it and cable box dangling. The table below it was a mess with power cords and a modem/router.The bathroom nearest to the kitchen had a tub with mold, not sufficiently cleaned. The back of the door had a large hole.The master bedroom was decent and bed was comfortable. It has it`s own AC unit in the window but it really didn`t work well. The bathroom next to the downstairs master bedroom was very decent. It has a minimally positional shower head and tight spaces. Two people can`t manuver about this bathroom. The toilet could have used a new seat.The bathroom near the laundry area was decent at best and needed more cleaning.Over all regarding bathrooms, there were not even enough towels for 2 people.The dryer did not work. We ended up using the outside furniture to dry the clothes on the patio.Don`t expect any nice outside furniture either. We put our clothes for drying on the furniture AFTER fully bleaching and scrubbing the furniture, doing little for the appearance. The grill worked very nicely and was in good shape. There is no furniture for the front area including the upper balcony.Rooms not used included the bedroom with twin beds, the bedroom by the washer dryer, and the upstairs bedroom but these seemed decent.

No communication from the owner & with the several cell calls trying to get access to the house (for over 2 hours) - there was no follow through with what we were told & zero sense of urgency at all. Door codes provided didn`t work. Spare key was missing. One window was left part way open. Once finally inside- the nasty smell is the first thing to greet you. Followed by dead bugs, ashes, dirty handprints on counters, cabinets, all doorways & walls, disconnected smoke detector, air filters so clogged with dust the air was set at 66, but it was easily 85 in the house. Flickering lights on one ceiling fan, another one hanging only by a wire. The dryer is rigged to close with a screw & rolled papertowel. There is horrible `customer service`- no person ever came to help- only cell calls that resolved nothing & then `canned` text messages. We couldn`t even stay there...too unsafe. And, of course we are still awaiting a full refund! Worst travel experience ever!

We were all standing in the pouring rain as we called an agent to see what was going on. According to her this the code was changed for some reason unbeknown to her, she did offer a new code and we entered after being drenched in rain. After waking up early in the morning and having to spend 5 hours on plane and in airports, we were all ready to take showers. To our dissatisfaction, there were `no` hand towels and only 4 large towels. We called `again` and were told someone would contact me and bring some to us that evening. Again, to our dissatisfaction no one showed up until the following morning and to make matters worse, they brought big towels but know wash cloths. We had to go out to purchase our own wash cloths. We are all adults and were looking for privacy in our individual rooms, however the sliding door to the master bedroom was broke so essentially my wife and I had to sleep with the door wide open during out entire stay, Even though there was a dishwasher there was no dish towel to wipe down the tables, counters and stove after use nor was there any dish soap. Again, we purchased dish towel & soap. As the night set in, the other couple traveling with us rewashed their bed sheets because the appeared to still stuff all over sheets and pillow cases. The TV in other room with bathroom wasn`t working at all, nor did the ceiling fan. I saw in the contact that you supply limited items for families. However, after spending over $2000 for a 6 night stay for 8 grown adults, 3 rolls of toilet paper, no hand towels, 6 trial size soaps, no trash bags, no dish soap or dish towels is not expectable in my view. Overall completely dissatisfied with lack of and in some cases no amenities at all, being left in the pouring while getting code reset, dirty sheets and n
