The gas grill is just perfect for family barbecues and the shared hot tub will be just the place to soak under the stars. Grab your favorite blanket and snuggle up right in front of the double-sided gas fireplace on the large sectional while reading a book, sharing a fun chat with your guests, or watching a favorite movie on the large, wall-mounted TV. The chef of the group will have a blast in the open and fully-equipped kitchen. This space has been beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, dishwasher, stove, microwave, electric oven, and two coffee makers. The gorgeous island has seating for two, so the chef is not left alone while treating you all to delicious meals, which will take place at the gorgeous dining room with an eight-person dining table. There is a large green space behind the house that kids can play in and parents can watch from inside, as well as a walking path that joins a sidewalk that goes to the Country Club of the Rockies which has a restaurant for dinner that is open to the public.
