Superb

The view from the hotel room is excellent. The location is not easy to get to without a car. We rented a car with a local driver. The infinity pool is great, and the sunset is beautiful

I wished the checkout time was a bit later, like 12, with a resort like this since the majority of the family were there for the pool and the view. We do need to get a shower afterward. This location is still pretty far from Kenting if your final destination is to Kenting.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel, plus I received an upgrade.

The hotel has a huge elevator with a circular cafe/bar on top that serves as a landmark, yet the architect forgot to build pedestrian access to the parking lot. Don't ask about access to the beach.

Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, the location is such good to have a nice view.

Excellence ocean view of hotel location.

Holiday price is expensive and its package not worth it.

Memorable experience

Breakfast is excellent i love the noodles soup. Location a little beat far but worth to come over the sunset is spectacular in pool area. We love it❤️

No shuttle bus going to train station but nothing more I don’t like.

Summer Sunshine

The first thing i like at the property is the view and the location (it is much better if the property has beach access 😅). The place is good for relaxing, it's so comfortable that we did have a good sleep and skip the happy hour. Mostly, the staff were accommodating that you won't hesitate to ask anything. Thank you for giving us our request to have a room at the upper level of the hotel.

If you don't have a private car, it's the inconvenience of getting there. Though they have a shuttle going to the bus station.

The staff was really professional and friendly

Breakfast is to be taken before 9am, breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were cold due to standing on the counters for too long without being replaced

Memorable trip

Great location with amazing view of Pacific. Has kids activity room, VR, evening live music, infinity pool, UFO lounge to enjoy Sun set.

we liked the room view and the swimming pool facilities

The room did not meet the promised requirements, booking is mentioning "2 twin beds" meanwhile we found two small single beds and there was no way to change. The food in the restaurant, for the dinner, was poor and, especially for the raw fish, not fresh (I got sick for this)

The views and the staff are very accommodating.

The is water in the pool so cold should they add a little warm so that you can enjoy the pool and have relax.

The stay was great, being able to view the beautiful sunset and sea from the balcony!!!

Breakfast is good, with basic selections. Location wise its about 15 minutes away from Che Chung scenic spots, but the timing is acceptable going back and forth. The rooms are all facing the sea, therefore all occupants can view the spectacular sunset from their room balcony, which is great!

The parking lot is a slope down the hotel entrace, therefore will need to take their shuttle bus or walk.
