Note: Tulum is a small town with very fast growth, we are located in a developing area where there may be some construction noise around. The property is equipped and fully furnished. The apartment Living room: ¡This villa is distinguished by its exceptional luminosity and relaxing vibes! A wonderful window that connects the outdoor space and the inside of the house allows a constant breeze creating a sense of freshness inside the room at any time of the day. When entering the living room you will find a three-section sofa where you can enjoy a pleasant moment, take a quick nap or watch a movie in the 47' Smart TV. Also you will find a low table and a chair. The living room shares the space with a fully equipped kitchen with a set of modern appliances that you will need for your stay. We assure you that you will love having breakfast at the kitchen bar seated at the countertop chairs, one of the most pleasant moments of the day for sure. Water purification: In Tulum the water is not potable, but this villa has a huge purifying water system so you don't have to worry about it. Location We are located in a really nice place of Tulum and close to everything you need for your well-being. Nature, Restaurants and Art Spaces. We are also at a short distance from the most beautiful beaches and cenotes in the entire Riviera Maya and tulum, magical & beautiful city (15-30 min By bike or car).
