The pool deck faces East so it gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day and the outdoor space was designed with multiple covered areas so everyone can spend the day outdoors. Outdoor area includes private pool and hot tub (heat available for additional charge), screened in porch, covered sitting/eating area with flatscreen TV, covered eating area, gas grill, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand buckets and toys, boogie boards, noodles, and an outdoor shower. For our guests with young kids we have a high chair and a pack and play so no need to lug those either. Finally, we have an Aero bed that can go in the bunk room or 2 double room. Getting around this house is easy. The elevator services all three floors of the house to make it hassle-free to transport luggage and navigate this large home.
