1800 sqft 1 story home. 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen, living room, dining area, fireplace, screened porch, laundry room, and plenty of free parking. 1 mile to historic Old Town Cottonwood with great restaurants, bars, music, local wineries and tastings, & unique shops. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Verde Valley Wine Trail, Verde Canyon Railroad in Clarksdale, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Out of Africa, and Blazin M Ranch. Walk to Verde Valley Hospital. Residential neighborhood. No parties or pets. Home is on a dead end street. No 3rd party bookings permitted. Spring 2023: Home has an additional 600 sqft guest suite on the far side of the home with its own private entrance. and is not part of this rental. The suite guest utilizes the driveway to access their private entrance only. They do not park in the driveway or share any other part of the front or backyard.

We had a great stay. The place has everything you need and more. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends/family.
The rental is a short walk to Old Cottonwood. Close to Jerome and Clarkdale, and only 30 min to Sedona. We had delicious meals at Colt Grill and the Hilltop Winery. Lots of hiking just a short drive away. We did the Boynton Vortex and Devil Bridge (hint: the road is a shorter walk from the parking lot.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It provided plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. Great location as the start and ending point if you want to head to Jerome & Sedona. Lots of wineries and restaurants in the Cottonwood area. The check-in & out process was super easy and the communication with the host was exceptional.

We stayed at this amazing home over Labor Day weekend with some friends to spend time in Jerome, cottonwood, and Sedona. It was the perfect home base. This house has all the amenities of home while also paying special attention to little details and things you may have forgotten. It was clean, well kept, check in was easy, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay here again.

This was a warm and welcoming home and everything that you could need or want was provided by the host. All was top quality. The beds were a bit hard for some of the “older” bodies in my group. Great communication with the host throughout the week when it came to questions about the home, the area, etc. Great host and location. Would highly recommend!

Super clean home within a mile from downtown & shopping. Located off the main drag with quick access to Jerome and surrounding communities. The boys loved the candy and popsicles in the kitchen - was a nice treat! Great for families.

My sister and I took my mother away for a few days for her 91st birthday. The home was beautiful and very comfortable we had a great time making memories with our mother.

Huge house close to Downtown.
This house is beautiful and spotless. Has lots to offer and the host was great. Very close to Downtown Cottonwood for shopping, wine tasting and yummy food. Easily accommodated our party of 5. Will definitely use again.
