Our family has shared many fond memories in this home, which spans over several generations. Bedroom/bathroom layout is: Primary bedroom on main level with a king size bed, baby crib and smart TV. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. Off of the kitchen is a 3/4 bathroom. Upstairs is a Queen bed (smart TV), jack-n-jill bathroom (with a washer and dryer). The other side of the jack-n-jill bath is a bedroom with two twin size beds. Additional guest bedroom is a queen size bedroom, smart TV, an adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. Queen size sleeper sofa on the main level in the family room. Kitchen is nicely equipped and has a drip style coffee maker. A charcoal grill is on site for your use. Our home is pet friendly. But, please do not bring your pet without managements approval. We supply a starter supply of bath soaps, laundry detergent and dish detergent. Linens and bath towels provided. We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, and Porch.
