This magnificent condo is less than a ten-minute drive from Mesquite's top-rated Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course. Mesquite, located an hour northeast of Las Vegas, has 7 championship golf courses, as well as casinos, spas, and dining. The beautiful red rock canyons of St. George, Bryce, Hoover Dam, UT Grand Canyon, and Zion National Parks are well worth the drive. This unit is quiet and provides you with a comfortable home away from home. Enjoy the views of the mountains and valley from your beautiful Springs Resort condo. Everything you'll need for cooking is available in our kitchen. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. This ground-floor condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps four adults. It has beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities, including a large kitchen with all utensils, linens, a washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs, cable, and an attached two-car garage. Our check-in time is 4:00 p.m. PST and our check-out time is 10:00 a.m. PST. If you are booking a future reservation (not the same day) you may check-in anytime after 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot accept same-day reservations after 7:00 p.m. PST. *NON-SMOKING UNIT. *Your Pup is welcome, 2 dogs under 50lbs. Easy check in, nice quiet neighborhood beautiful condo. very well equipped and comfy. The pillows needed to be replaced...they had an odor. Television remote was not working. Oven needed to be cleaned. Carpet had stains that needed cleaning. Other than that, my sister and I had a very enjoyable time and hope to return next year.

liked the location, closeness to the pool and hot tub, roominess of the condo. didn't like the size of the pool and hot tub for the size of the complex, slow draining tub in bathroom, no sink stopper in bathroom sink was afraid of jewelry and contacts falling into drain.

Clean unit, comfortable beds and condo exactly as described. Mesquite has everything you need. Pool is directly behind unit. Great stop for Valley of Fire visit on way to Zion.

We were very pleased with the property. The only thing we were somewhat dissatisfied with was the mattress in the master bedroom. I believe the mattress needs to be flipped over. It is starting to have the imprints from people sleeping on it. WE switched to the bed in the other room and slept much better. The manager was easy to reach and got back to us in a timely manner with any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find and easy access. Had a wonderful heated pool and hot tub that was conveniently located right next to the property. Super clean home, well stocked with linens, bath towels and pool towels. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here, and if I ever make it back to Mesquite I would love to stay here again.

Check in was super easy. Enjoyed nearby trails for walking and short walk to Casablanca casino. Mesquite is beautiful. We were fortunate with both a car show and balloon fest taking place while we stayed. Condo was very comfortable. Hot tub and community center directly behind the unit. Neighbors were all friendly and quiet. Definitely will be back.

This unit had every comfort of home from a pull in garage, to fully set up kitchen and laundry which made our day tripping both north to UT and south to AZ and Las Vegas super easy. We even spent a rainy day in Mesquite which was super fun!

Great place to stay and away from all the noisy hustle and bustle

Quiet, peaceful, clean, easy to locate property, and felt very safe. Fully stocked kitchen supplies, blow dryer, flat iron, washer/dryer in unit, community pool practically outside backyard. Comfortable beautiful furniture, plenty of beach towels, bath towels, even some nice hangers in the closets. The owner gave perfect instructions. Not too far from several restaurants, a few casinos, Walmart, etc., everything ya need only a few mins from the home, i.e, essential items (food if ya cooking, toiletries, drinks, detergent, softener, tissue, extra trash bags, paper towels, snacks, etc.) We only had 2 exceptions, the beds and the blinds. The queen sized beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud, amazingly soft, fluffy, and welcoming. We are older with bad backs and hips, so we preferred firmer mattresses. We all know you can’t please everyone. The blinds needed more coverage/darker, i.e., blackout blinds due to the sun comes in very early and is very bright. Overall, it is a 5 star home and we highly recommend staying there. We had a incredible time. Oh, I guess one more thing, maybe some bottled waters upon arrival. Again, damn near perfect home! You need to go visit and stay a few nights or more.

Updates were awesome well decorated. Great space and comfortable. A great complex. Pool was right behind the bedroom. Well equipped in the kitchen and clean. The landscapers started at 6:00 am extremely loud by the windows.
