Enjoy beach views from your front balcony.This beautiful Fort Myers Beach vacation rental is conveniently located mid island and has a gulf view of Fort Myers Beach. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy. You’ll be comfortable in the master bedroom (King bed, walk-in shower) or guest bedroom with 2 twins and tub/shower in bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A serene back lanai with seating and a lush tropical palm view awaits you outside the master bedroom. The large front balcony is the perfect location to view the picturesque Gulf of Mexico sunsets. This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island. No need to get in a car the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters. You can also enjoy Junkanoo bar and grill and Fresh Catch for fine waterfront dining. Three TVs, and shared pool. Outdoor features: balcony, lanai. Kitchen: full kitchen, cooking utensils provided, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker. Free WiFi. Very nice stay! Very short walk to a grocery store. Amazing views of the gulf. Short drive to many places. Island is slowly being rebuilt after Ian but still places to go and things to do. Kids loved finding shells on the beach. Safe area, felt comfortable letting preteen and teen walk on beach without us. The cooler, beach chairs and soft sided wagon full of beach stuff was great!!!! Would definitively stay again!

Absolutely perfect for family of four to have a quick beach getaway. Loved watching sunset from front porch and walking across the street to beach. Being next door to Publix was great. Apartment was so clean and well stocked. Tawnia was very responsive and attentive to make sure we were doing well. Thank you and look forward to returning.

We left the cold of Ohio for a quick winter warm up. Although the weather wasn’t ideal we had a great trip. Our accommodations were just what we were looking for. Our unit was clean, amenities were very appreciated and our host kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tawnia!!

We enjoyed a relaxing week in the condo. We appreciated that the condo has an ocean view is a very short walk to the beach. We found it very convenient that Publix is located within 5 minutes of the condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, the beautiful view of the beach, and the 1 min walk to the ocean. Publix is right next door which was great for groceries. We will be back soon!

Unsafe. No interior locks, no working lock on slider, no lights in stairwell for the whole building, no elevator, no pool, no internet tv in master bedroom, no people there… on top of that, the beach had piles of Dead Sea creatures and debris, the whole are stunk like sewer. No beach available due to the pile of sewage dumped there. It was so bad, there were TV cameras when we got there broadcasting the stench and conditions there. The owner/ property manager had over a week to let me know the conditions. It shouldn’t have been on VRBO and other sites. Had to go to another hotel- not safe. No lighting… Owner is declining to refund the fees/ money. I have tv footage - terrible.

We booked this condo because it looked perfect for our long weekend getaway AND because Tania was the most responsive host when we were asking questions.
The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for a family of 4. The beach is just across the street and mid island was quiet! Publix is right next door! We spent a lot of time in the chairs in the front balcony.
We would highly recommend this stay!!

This condo was perfect, very clean! We loved the wagon and all the beach gear provided. This is literally across the street from the beach, perfect for small children. The pool was nice and there is a Publix within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

A real gem of a property
Great location on the quieter end of FMB. Not directly on the beach but it’s a 30 second walk to the crosswalk that’ll get you there and there isn’t much vehicle traffic to force you to wait to cross. Beach itself wasn’t very crowded.
Unit itself is great - cozy, clean and outfitted with all the tools you need to make for a comfortable stay. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and had everything we needed to do so - including a fair amount of standard pantry items with which to work. Publix is a short walk from the unit, and we shopped there for our needs.
Owner is really responsive in their communication - very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Middle of Everything
We were staying near some friends in the area and this place is convenient to everything; the store, the beach, the marina. Close enough to the action to go check it out but far enough to avoid getting stuck in it if you don't want to be, we'd definitely rent here again!

Perfect low key location
No reason to leave with the beach across the street, grocery store , and pool. If you do want to explore, the trolley that runs by is easy and convenient.

Three adults comfortably stayed here. One more adult may have been a bit tight. It had all the amenities for our stay, particularly since we prepared most of our meals in. Having beach chairs, umbrella and wagon was key since the beach is directly across the street.

Beautiful condo
My husband and I enjoyed the condo. It is so close to the beach and store. It has everything you need. I would suggest renting bikes in advance if you want to go to Time Square due to the traffic and it’s too far to walk. An uber will cost you $25. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Every thought as made in creating a comfortable place. From comfy beds, a beach wagon, beach chairs and towels, to kitchen necessities. Tawnia was great with communicating and the location could not have been better.

Great Place!
Very nice accommodations & loved the location. Two doors down was a grocery store. You have an easy walk to the beach. The girls said they would stay again.
