Bring friends and family to explore and entertain. This home is literally steps away from Lake & River Access along the shore at the base of the Historic Beaver Bridge, locally called "The Golden Gate of the Ozarks". You will be staying in the quaint town of Beaver, Arkansas. It is like living in a Norman Rockwell painting. This sleepy little lake community is relaxing and peaceful. The town was a depot for the historic railroad and is still skirted by the remains of the majestic iron railroad bridge that spanned the White River. You will have many "Instagram Moments" with the railroad bridge, the suspension bridge, Rogue's Castle, and the old Beaver Town General Store serving as backdrops for your photos. Mountain Biking all around! Bring your bike to Lake Leatherwood, or try Dirt Church at the Passion Play. There are plenty of trails in the surrounding area... all are within a 15 min drive. Also, take a leisurely walk along the Lakefront hiking trails (on the old railroad bed) are located down the street within walking distance. There are 2 golf courses around the corner at Holiday Island. Bring your Boat, Kayaks, Motorcycle trailer! Family Reunions are welcome! We have room! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This property is on Paved roads that are easily navigated by motorcycles and sports cars. Property Layout: Bedroom #1 - 1 King Bed Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen Bed Living Room - Full size convertible couch. Bathroom #1 - Shared hall bath, with Walk-In Shower Bathroom #2 - Master Bathroom with walk-in shower This Bungalow boasts modern accents and cabinetry with premium fixtures. Think Ikea Lake House! The beds are new and comfortable. NOTE: The fireplace is not operational and is decorative only. Sorry, Pets not accepted. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency. Floor space may not be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling. Above all, have a great stay. We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay. Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates. Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

Well maintained house. We enjoyed our stay. House is on a quiet street and had everything we needed. We always love traveling over the bridge and love the close proximity to Eureka Springs. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot and kitchen stocked with necessities. Listing is as advertised.

The property was comfortable and cozy, and was in a good location just a few miles outside Eureka Springs. We went to Branson one day & Bentonville/Rogers another, both about 45 minutes to an hour away. Would recommend as somewhere to stay!

The home was clean, comfortable and easy to access get in and out of. We ended up driving to the white river / beaver lake to swim as the river right by the property is a little rocky to walk on but it would be great if you were boating. The AC was super strong which kept the house pretty chilled which was nice for a stay in the hottest part of Aug. The house had just about everything stocked with normal household items, ie toaster, oven, dishes etc...(no cookie / pizza pans though which we found out when we were preparing a frozen pizza) Beds were very comfortable and it was the best I've ever slept while away from home. Internet/Wifi available and we were able to work remotely a little if needed and we were able to sign into our streaming apps to watch during our downtime in the evening.

The outside isn't much but the inside is cute. The location was good in that you could walk to the river. I enjoyed walking along the path and also rented a kayak. My husband and son fished under the golden gate bridge. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions during our stay.

This property is on a quite street within walking distance from the lake. We really enjoyed the beach front. The kids were able to swim far out without issues.

The property was nice. It would be nice to have direct access to the water without going on the road. Everything you need is in the house so its a great spot if you want to be close to but not in town. We had to drive to town and to Lake Leatherwood for biking but none of it was far.

Great house, our family felt like at home, very clean. Home is provided with everything you need, kitchen, laundry, very spacious living room, 2 rooms to rest very comfortable. Great location with a river around the corner. Property manager responded timely and provided great information.

This cute house was just what we were looking for near Eureka Springs. Close enough to Eureka but far enough to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Bob the neighbor was very friendly and Joel the manager was great to deal with. The bed was super comfy and the house was very clean. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the house and being close to the Table Rock lake. The yellow bridge by the house is really cool. The house is spacious and comfortable, and it has all of the things you need. It’s a great location to drive a short distance to Eureka Springs. We suggest having the correct address and clear instructions on the check-in section of the listing. We would like to come back during the summer to enjoy the area even more.

We went down to visit some friends and relax. The house had everything we needed and it was in a nice little quiet neighborhood next to very scenic River. We had no issues.
