Very welcoming! Loved the space for all. Location was perfect! Just really happy with this place. Ended up being chilly out and we were comfortable hanging out inside. The beach wagon and chairs were appreciated. Outdoor patio very nice!

We loved our time at the VRBO. It was exactly as it was advertised. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from beach access. The beach was fantastic for us as our access point was quiet and that's exactly what we love. We stayed in off season - August. There are plenty of shopping opportunities within short drives distance.

The house was in a perfect location for the beach. The owner has a cart with the basic chairs and umbrella for use so if flying in you don’t have to worry about. They even have a football and soccer ball you can toss around. The house was very clean and orderly. Kitchen had the proper utensils, bowls and cookware. Plenty of comfy chairs and a couch. The bedrooms were all spacious. You can also walk to many of the restaurants and bars. Chicago Jaqx has outstanding deep dish pizza and wings. The house is exactly as described and we would definitely come back.

Great location and you have everything you need right there! The home is “older” (had a bit of an old house mildew like smell… air freshener was overpowering .. had to unplug it) and could use a “deep” clean…(furnace ducts… under furniture) don’t get me wrong….it was clean, but a “quick” kind of clean. Bedding was clean and comfy. The check-in and checkout process was seamless and the host was great! Definitely was a great value!

2 minutes to the beach, beach towels, beach chairs provided. Lot’s of room. We all had our own room. Only one bathroom but everything worked. Great restaurants 2-3 blocks away. Overall a great place to stay. Maria immediately responded when a fan didn’t work and had a floor fan over in minutes! We would stay here again.

Decent property, great location, not impressed by owner. Made 2 requests. First was temperature hard set to max 72 on air. Response was, "don't worry what temperature says, I'm sure you'll find it comfortable. (I didn't) Second was a blow dryer "it must be in other unit, last renter took both sides". ?? Cleaner was not done at 4 on check in day and it was filthy behind dresser in master bedroom. Actually had to text morning of check in for instructions, most vrbo hosts send something earlier in the week.

We only stayed 2 nights, we would definitely come back. Nice town, beach within walking distance, also near a nature preserve and botanical gardens, and stores. The house was very nice and roomy, only 1 bathroom though.

This place was perfect for our family of 6 to stay at! It’s so close to the beach and right in the middle of all the beach towns. Quick drive up and down the coast. Maria was amazing and accommodated everything that we needed. We can’t wait to be back!!

The listing pictures are exactly what the property is. The walk to the beach was very short and painless. Our family and friends enjoyed our time there for a much needed get away. Ms. Maria was very responsive to messages and I would rent from her wonderful property again or others if she has them.

Very excellent host ! And the handy man was awesome! And how nice of Maria to leave us a bottle of wine 🍷 welcoming us. We had a excellent stay and the beach cart and beach supplies were wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for anymore amenities. Sorry we had to leave.

What an excellent 10 days we had...the house was very clean and had every amenity we would ask for, the beach gear was the best which was especially nice given how short the walk was to enjoy Indian Rocks! Spacious with room indoors and out for all of our family, and the hosts were fantastic. We would definitely come back :)
