Loved our stay here! Everything was as described and the property was beautiful. The deer frequented the backyard which was fun. We loved the hot tub and gas fireplace. Kitchen had most standard items. Beds were very soft - not to our liking but many would probably like them.

Had a great stay at the A Frame. Was a good location halfway between Port Angeles and Sequim, and easy access to Olympic National Park. Just watch out for the Deer on the way to and from the property in the neighborhood.

Quant little place. Nice and cozy. Unfortunately the hot tub hadnt been cleaned in some time so we opted out. It looked like a bowl of muddy water.

A comfortable, cozy home convenient to Port Angeles and Olympic National Park. It's in a quiet area but nothing is too far away. We enjoyed our stay here.

Positives are beds very comfortable, kitchen had essentials. Patio was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the deer. Reasons for the 3. The code on the door wouldn't work, we called Vacasa they gave us a second code didn't work. They told us they were sending the local team--we heard nothing from them the entire 4 days we stayed. We got lucky and noticed another keylock box near backyard. The second code we were given worked and we were able to get in. The pans in the kitchen were crusty and dirty. Couldn't use the hot tub because just one foot step and the hot tub is high so being seniors that was a no go. This is definitely not a spot I would recommend for seniors. Stairs to bedrooms are steep and narrow. There is no slip mat in bathtub which is also a high step in. There are not rails on the steps to patio.

This house was everything we wanted it to be. Fully stocked with all the things we needed. Beds were great, sitting watching the deer in the morning while drinking our coffee in the morning. Comfy, and homey place to relax for a few days. Everything like fireplace and hot tub were easy fo use. Will be back for sure.

My family and I stayed here for five nights. All of us (two kids and two adults) felt relaxed and comfortable here. We had plenty of space to spread out and find our own activities, as well as gather around the table for meals. We were here over Christmas and had a good amount of snow the first two days, and it was just beautiful and special since we don’t live in a place that gets snow. Staying here in the winter was an all around pleasant experience since the gas fire place was perfect and kept us nice and cozy and helped us dry out any wet cloths — although the actual dryer was good for that too. It was certainly our little home for just short of a week and all of us will share good memories of it. On top of that, the vacasa staff was exceptionally responsive and professional and helped us with an issue related to the very low temperatures reached during those first nights — a pipe froze and burst but they had an emergency plumber sent out near midnight to get it fixed and we were taking hot showers the next day! I would highly recommend staying here.

Love how cozy and roomy this Aframe is! Love all the big beams and wood work, toasty fireplace and the hot tub was just what we needed.

What a wonderful place to relax and put your feet up. Spent the weekend exploring local trails, food, and wildlife. The home was wonderful and met all expectations (nice having a hot tub to relax the sore muscles). Easy to find and sits half way between Pt. Angeles and Sequim making it east to indulge in both towns. Would recommend to anyone.

House was very clean and well stocked. It is comfortable with plenty of space and in a very quiet neighborhood. It is in a good location for day trips. There was plenty of things to do and see.

Driving in was so beautiful . About 5 minutes from her home a sense of peace and calm overtakes you with tree lined streets. It felt like the carefree days as a child pulling into the driveway.
There were 2 deer to greet us as we pulled into the driveway.
My. Husband said the beautiful view of the mountains lead the way to this quiet space.
Walking inside, the first thought was how how comfortable the home felt.
The kitchen is quiet large has all the needed essentials and everything was super clean and sanitized.
There are 2 good size bathrooms, withbig fluffy towels.
My husband said “she put a lot of love into this home.”
It turned cold rather quickly outside and the home warmed up nicely.
This home is a retreat, a destination.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with soft sheets and a warm comforter.
The living room has soft leather couches that you melt into and can leave the day behind.
We watched a movie together and laughed like newlyweds, unlike the couple we are after 30 years together. We both needed this place of solitude.
My husband always watches something on his lap top, he fell fast asleep with no electronic devises.
I smiled watching him slumber off and I followed soon after.
Woke up to a fresh blanket of snow. Morning coffee in this wintery oasis had a whole new feel. The design of this home made it feel like a mountain cabin. I can only imagine how it will be in the summer, probably a whole different experience. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up.
The furnishings that the owner choose are just right. There is an array of DVD’s as well as Netflix and Hulu, or settling in with a good book.
Lots of fast food places if you desire. Grocery store (Safeway and Walmart only 5 miles away.) Plenty of restaurants in town, if you don’t want to cook. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own food.
We picked up dinner by the waterfront and ate it at the home. The owner told us about a breakfast place in Sequim, that did not disappoint.
This is a Spacious home with room enough for a family. I could see bringing one of chatty girlfriends up for a weekend or little ones.
We found a spot in Port Angeles that we call our own. Looking forward to returning. Thank you to the owner Terri for the love and care you put into everything.

We were scammed. We've stayed at other VRBO locations managed by Vacasa and they've been a bit dusty sometimes but ok. This one was appalling.
It felt like a fundamental danger to our health, because there was sitting sewage and dirty running water during our whole stay. Among other unpleasant experiences.
Here's a summary of what we noticed over just 2 nights:
- The toilet was clogged already when we arrived, and smelled of sewage. We called Vacasa immediately to ask for assistance, and they said a local manager would contact me to fix it the next day. I never heard back (despite multiple emails asking them), and the toilet was clogged & unusable for the remainder of my stay. The upstairs, including the bedrooms, smelled of sewage throughout our stay.
- There was a nail/staple sticking out of the couch downstairs, and my friend cut her foot on it. She bled, and I looked for the first aid kit for a bandaid, only to find used bandaid wrappers in the first aid kit.
- Everyday when starting the water in the shower, the water was brown, and clumps of dirt also came out.
- There was dirty linens in the downstairs cupboard in the laundry room.
- A broken curtain rod hung loosely above the bed/pillows.
This place did not even have the basics, like working toilets and clean running water.
And if that wasn't bad enough, perhaps the most appalling part is that Vacasa KNEW the toilet was clogged before my stay, and did nothing to fix it before OR during my stay. When checking out, I ran into the cleaning lady and wanted to give her a warning that the toilet upstairs was clogged. She told me she knew it had been clogged before we got there, and she had actually asked Vacasa to send someone to fix it. They just never sent anyone, and let me stay there knowing it was broken.
I also constantly tried contacting Vacasa through phone and email from when we first arrived and noticed the toilet, and was unable to reach local management to try to address these during our stay. I talked with the general customer service, who refused to give me the contact information of the local manager but said I should wait for him to reach out on Saturday. He never did.
For the safety of the rest of your customers, I hope you take down this listing and set stricter standards of service with companies who work through you like Vacasa. As for me, I don't ever want to use VRBO or Vacasa again, and fully expect a refund on this.
Let me know who to follow up with on a refund.
