This luxurious 3BR/2BA home presents an incredible waterfront oasis nestled on a canal for convenient Gulf access. Bring a boat (or rent one nearby) to tie up to the private dock, or rent kayaks and explore the canal. The screened lanai features a heated pool, spa, alfresco dining, gas grill, and a sitting area. Additional perks include a pool table and jacuzzi tub! Downtown attractions are only 10 minutes away. LIVING AREA The welcoming living area provides several sitting areas, while an adjacent game room has a pool table. Featuring ample windows and canal views, the second living area has a plush sectional that converts into a queen-size sleeper and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will appreciate the immaculate kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, an island, and stone countertops. When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table. BED & BATH This single-level home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, fitted with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two XL twin-size beds and a smart TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a smart TV. The second bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Spend leisurely days on the screened lanai, complete with a heated pool (5’ deep), a spa, and alfresco dining. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout. You can even enjoy fruit from the banana, avocado, and lemon trees in the yard. The private dock is ideal for fishing or sunbathing. Bring a boat (up to 30’) to tie up for easy Gulf access. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach toys, Netflix, and an extra sleeping cot are available for use. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. The fireplace is not operational. The boat lift is not available for guest use. THE LOCATION Dining and shopping can be found within a few minutes of home. Cape Harbour is only 7 minutes away for sightseeing and water sports. Downtown is approximately 10 minutes away for additional entertainment. For days on the shore, visit Yacht Club Public Beach or Four Freedoms Beach. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The heater for hot tub didn’t wasn’t working when we arrived. They quickly fixed the issue and give a partial refund without asking. It was a great home for the family. Would definitely rent again.

This home was a great choice for our family with its own pool right on canal! The home is very spacious and the manager of this property is top notch. She helped me right away when I had a question!! Cape Coral is a little drive to the beach but the quality of the house made up for it in my opinion.

This was a beautiful home away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristic areas of Fort Myers, FL, but still close enough to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva to be able to enjoy the benefits they have to offer. Our family was able to spend days relaxing by the pool or sipping coffee on the boat dock as well as unwinding after full days of activities on the beach. Highly recommended!

Pros: Checkin process was easy and straightforward. House was as pictured and described-beautifully decorated, serene and relaxing atmosphere and smelled nice. The pool and spa were perfect for kids and adults alike-pool was nice and warm, spa heated up to perfect temp in no time. Second night there were some very loud sounds that we heard from the master bedroom all night long and found out when the cleaning service came that it was because the water level was low due to a leak in the pool, he filled the pool for us and turned off the skimmer so it wouldn’t burn out-good thing he came when he did bc we don’t know anything about pool upkeep. There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and styrofoam coolers for beach time which were helpful for trips and plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy in the pool. Had two adult sized bikes, helmets and fishing poles but we didn’t get a chance to use them. Bathrooms had soap bars, conditioner etc like you would find in hotels. Neighborhood was nice, quiet and residential. Kitchen was outfitted with most of everything you would need as far as silverware, cookware, serveware. Cons: For the amount of people the house sleeps and the length of our stay, could have used more household supplies ie toilet paper, paper towels, (only one roll in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels, we ran out the 4th day). Basic seasonings like salt and pepper would have been a nice convenience to have. Instructions were to start a load of towels upon leaving but could not find detergent anywhere, so we purchased some. There were small areas of damage so it would have been nice to have a way to track/communicate those to the agency upon checkin to avoid issues.
Overall: was an enjoyable stay in a beautiful, updated, comfortable home, we would stay again and will know to be more prepared with essential items next time. We all would have loved to stay longer.

The home was immaculate, gorgeous and extremely spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe (I’m a police officer from out of state). Traffic in the area can be a bit heavy at times navigating to places like Fort Meyers and Sanibel but the trade off of having a beautiful safe and quiet home to stay is well worth the minor inconveinice. My family and I would highly recommend this home if you are vacationing in the area.

Perfect family getaway!
My husband and I brought our 3 late-teen kids to this beautiful property for part of spring break. The house was gorgeous, had everything we needed ready to go for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the area. We would definitely recommend this property, and would like to come back sometime in the future!
