Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located listing. Chesterfield, VA sits in between Richmond (15 mi) and Petersburg (20 mi). The advantage to this location is that you can venture out to enjoy the city without comprising the benefits of staying in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. This is a spacious home to host you and your entire family! This is a pet friendly home but guests must message owner about pet information/fees before checking in. *non registered pets result in $100 non-disclosure fee. Pet Rules: We welcome well behaved dogs for a $65 fee per pet. We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. We do limit the pets to two dogs. • Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly • Must be crated when in the house alone. • Stay off all furniture and beds • Must have advance notice of pets on property - unregistered pets will result in an additional $100 fee • Can not be left alone outside

We had a wonderful stay preparing for our daughter’s wedding. The home was soo spacious, VERY CLEAN, and decorated so nicely. We enjoyed all the amenities including the alkaline water. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. This place is a gem. Wonderful host!

We were in Richmond for an annual girls weekend. The location was perfect for all we had planned. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very well equipped, we had everything we needed! We also loved the fact that the owners left the garage door opener for us to use. It was especially convenient for the rainy weekend we had! We will definitely come back next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house could not have worked better for our family. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. The house was a perfect size and layout. The 4 bedrooms met our needs very nicely. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The house was large enough for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. In addition the home is well maintained and very clean. We could not of had a better experience. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay again.

My family (10 of us) loved our time in this beautiful house. It is very well laid out and decorated to perfection. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need. We were super comfortable in this very clean house. I highly recommend it!

We traveled to Richmond from New England over the New Year to spend holiday time with family. The house was the perfect size and location for our gathering. The hosts were accessible and responsive throughout the booking and during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We visited this property with 5 adults and 1 three year old child to celebrate our holidays. The house was perfect for a family gathering- plenty of space and EVERYTHING you ever need- sheets, towels, extra shampoo, condiments- it made it so easy. We stayed at the house all weekend and it felt like an actual home away from home. Owner very kind and communicative and check in and out a breeze. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We will definitely be back.

I booked this property not knowing the area very well for my siblings family reunion. Everyone thanked me and said I did good and loved it! It was exactly as presented online. The manager was very quick to respond to any questions. The beds and pillows were comfy 😀

Large Family Kings Dominion Getaway
This property had everything we needed and way more! If we had forgotten something, they had already thought about it and had it readily available at the house. The bedrooms were a great size especially the two masters on each end of the house. We have plenty of room for three adults and four teens. The house was immaculate and even had space for our two dogs to enjoy the vacation with us. Only a 30-minute drive to Kings Dominion. We will definitely be back!

Very nice clean, roomy, wonderful home!
We were in the Richmond area for our daughter's wedding. The home was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed. It was roomy, clean and very comfortable. All of the bedrooms were great. It was an easy drive to all of the places we needed to go. We have rented homes in Richmond a few times. Our last experience was awful, this was the total opposite. We hope to always return to this house:). It's an excellent rental.

A Fabulous Stay
We had a fabulous stay here. The home was clean, roomy and had all the amenities one would need. The owners were very accommodating. We loved the wildlife refuge in the back and even had a deer in the backyard. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Sons wedding stay
Our stay was amazing! The house was better than advertised! We had plenty of room to prepare for my sons wedding. The living area was homey and we enjoyed the backyard to relax! Everything was clean! Great place to stay!

Clean! Roomy! SAFE! Close to everything. Everything you need! Thanks for the great stay. We will be back next time we stay near Richmond. Oh and great neighbors, they said hello and were friendly with conversation. *Watch out for the mailbox, the driveway turns in a strange way.

Great Relaxing Weekend Retreat
I booked this home to have a relaxing girls weekend with 5 of my friends for my 35th birthday. It turned out to be everything I wanted. The location was perfect. Very beautiful view, quiet area, and I couldn't have picked a better place! We had a game night, and some women empowerment group activities that we did, and the layout was perfect! I truly enjoyed myself (we all did) and if I ever come back to stay in the area again I would not hesitate to book here! Loved it!!
