The launch ramp is a half mile away & you can drive your boat around to your 20' dock and 100' of seawall. Space can fit more than 1 boat. I've had 3 boats tied out there and even a sail boat with a 4 foot draft. There is additional $50 charge for more than 1 boat and 1 trailer. Please make sure to disclose upfront. The Matlacha Pass is 300 meters from the house. There is a Boat Lift for up to 6,000 lbs but you may need to adjust the configuration to fit your boat. Most people just tie it up to the dock. There is a washer and dryer for your use.
