My wife, adult daughter, and I stayed in September of 2023. We discovered that the house is exactly as described. The rental is extremely clean, cozy, quiet, and redone. The decor and furniture are new and stylish, and we could not have asked for anything more.

We had a wonderful stay with two other couples visiting our kids for family weekend. The location was great and the house was clean. The decorations and house plants were adorable and gave the home such a welcoming vibe! We definitely plan to stay again on our next visit.

Loved this little home! One of my favorite safe ever booked! And you feel like you’re walking through a recently remodeled HGTV home! We loved the comfy, cozy Boho style! Owner did not miss a beat with making this home cozy! Super comfortable beds, great location, overall amazing vibe! And even though it appears small, it was very adequate with space and layout! We stayed during a college visit at MSU with another mother and daughter, so there were four of us and everyone had a great space! Close to campus and downtown. Highly recommend!

The little blue house was the perfect place for us to stay during move in. It’s surprisingly spacious inside and very well appointed. Comfortable beds, furniture. Only suggestion would be adding curtains in the back bedroom. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay here again. The only things I would warn about is the water gets hot real quick and the beds are really low to the ground. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. There was 5 of us that stayed and we all had enough room to move around. The decorations and plants make this living space beautiful to walk around in! So if your hesitant go ahead and book it because you will have a great time. This place it about an hour away from Branson.

Home is absolutely adorable! Very clean! Just a couple of friendly suggestions, some measuring cups and curtains in the back bedroom. It was a girls trip and the house is in town, so we were not too comfy being without the privacy. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, in a convenient area.

This was perfect for me and my 2 adult children, we each had a place and didn’t have to share beds, the home is very clean and nicely decorated to be a comfortable place to rest after a long day. Highly recommend when in Springfield.

Cozy is right!! This was a great place to stay at for sure!! So cute, so clean, and so comfy! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. And the lightning bugs!!!! We don’t see those back home anymore so that was a real treat!! Thanks so much for the hospitality!!

This house has great style and it’s very clean and cozy! I can tell a lot of effort goes into keeping this house maintained and ready for guests. Brittany is an excellent host - very kind and quick to respond! We loved our stay here. Thank you for such a wonderful place to be!!!

The home was just great! Great location, comfort, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again. It was located in a nice are of town to walk around in the neighborhood in the evening....beautiful homes and foliage.

This sweet little house is decorated so nice. The bed and pillows were comfy. We felt right at home. We will stay here again and we highly recommend it! They even had chairs that we took out on the back porch to drink our coffee. Very nice!

This was the perfect spot for family to gather and hang out. We celebrated our daughters graduation with family. The house is fantastic and super close to MSU campus.

Super clean & was exactly as described on vrbo listing. The owner promptly responded to all questions before and during the stay. This location is just blocks from downtown park center. We plan to stay here again!

My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cozy Mansion it was a great base camp for our weekend adventures to the Wildlife Safari and Hamilton while in town. Everything is near by and lots of great restaurants nearby. The house was well decorated and comfortable but was very basically appointed with kitchen utensils. I was rather surprised not to find a pizza cutter or a colander but the kitchen was clean and cozy and a Keurig was provided including a selection of K-cups. The beds were comfortable throughout however the back bedroom did not seem to have any HVAC vents and got very cold overnight. It was a pleasant experience and we had a great weekend I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property and couldn't have been more pleased. The home is clean and inviting in an easy to access neighborhood that sits in the middle of just about everything you could need in Springfield! The home is bright and airy and has all the right touches so you can "get cozy" during your stay. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to a future visit.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was close to the aquarium, the zoo, and tons of restaurants! The house itself is adorable, was incredibly clean, and was so much nicer then staying at a hotel! Definitely recommend!

Our family stayed here while in town to go see the Wonders of Wildlife. It was the perfect location for this! We enjoyed the nearby park and the house was very comfortable!

This place was great- but Had some issues with kitchen and master bathroom outlet not working( although outlets in master bedroom worked as a backup for the broken outlet, there were no mirrors )so 5 of us had to share the other tiny bathroom to shave , blow dry hair, etc. . There are no curtains or shades in bedroom . This was bothered us a lot, but some people may not find a problem with neighbors outside while you change clothes or bright sunlight at the crack of dawn while you’re on vacation and want to sleep in . The place was very clean and decorated cute.
