Within minutes to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to downtown Greensboro, the coliseum, and PTI Airport. This vacation rental is perfect for a family getaway or for business trip. Equipped with smart TVs in each bedroom and common areas. Chill game room to relax and spend family quality family time. Fenced in backyard with a private sitting area perfect for warm evenings! Maximum occupancy - 8 Master bedroom- King bed with master bathroom Bedroom 2 - King bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Living room - Queen Sofa bed Enjoy your time at our vacation home with lots of amenities and modern decor. Fenced back yard patio with sitting arrangement and fire pit. Smart TV in each bedroom, game room and living room. Feel free to enjoy your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Amazon series, etc with personal log in. Towels/Linens included with bathroom amenities. Kitchen features stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, range, oven and dishwasher. Office space in one of bedroom with high speed internet for remote work. No smoking or pets permitted in the house. Pack'n play for family traveling with younger kids. Self check-in anytime via lockbox. We will always be available if you need anything via Airbnb chat. If we are not available- we will make sure someone can attend any issues that you may have. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Its location is within short driving distance of everything you need: Shopping centers, lake, golf course, movie theater and multiple restaurants. Easy access to major roads. Great location! Near lots of conveniences. Only 10 mins away from the campus. Plenty of space and great layout. Very comfortable

Great communication with owner and property manager (I think). Property was as described. A plumbing issue to overcome, but not enough to ruin the stay. Property could stand flooring repair throughout. Backyard space was sooo peaceful. Gaming table was a great addition. All told, two families enjoyed the stay.

The place was nice clean and very quiet neighborhood. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. It is an older home that has been nicely renovated, and the garage converted to a 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a tv and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked best in the 3rd bedroom, but was a little spotty in other parts of the house.
I would recommend adding a kettle for tea drinkers (though the Keurig coffeemaker was appreciated). I would also recommend at least one full length mirror (none of the bedrooms had mirrors), a trash can with a pedal so you don’t have to open the lid by hand, and waste baskets in the bedrooms. Also consider adding a railing to the steps as you enter the house.
Overall, our stay was very comfortable and we would stay here again. Would highly recommend this property.

We spent a few days here during spring break to enjoy warmer weather and run a local 5k race. The house location was perfect for getting around to places like the science center, courthouse park and several great restaurants. It was clean and has new, comfortable furnishings. The yard did not offer much privacy, but we were still able to enjoy an afternoon beverage there. The place has the basics. It is not a large space, but it was enough for the two of us. We enjoyed the city of Greensboro and it's running community.
