Situated in Pompano Beach, this charming house for $1,046 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and beautiful home in Imperial Point, Fort Lauderdale. The home is brand new and modernly decorated. 4 Bedrooms to fit all sorts of groups and a large living area and phenomenal outdoor area to create memories with all your loved ones. The house is fully equipped to satisfy all your needs and centrally located in a beautiful neighbourhood that puts you within a short drive of all things Fort Lauderdale! Look no further and try our phenomenal home! This home is the perfect place for families and groups looking for a great place to share together, staying in a central and quiet neighbourhood, close to everything that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The home has a 2 car driveway and an addition 2 car garage to be able to fit as many cars as needed. (please beware that no parking on the street is allowed). As soon as you come into our beautiful home, you will be in the spacious and open Living room and kitchen area. 3 Large Leather sofa sit in front of a faux fireplace and 65 inch smart TV equipped with cable channels and capabilities for all streaming services. Behind the lounge area you will find the extra large kitchen with a breakfast counter and all the appliances needed to cook any sort of meals. A lovely modern table that can sit up to 10 people lays on a corner, and an additional table sits behind the kitchen to enjoy games, breakfast, and additional seating. From the living area you have two large french doors leading you to the main attraction of the house, the amazing backyard. The backyard has a large pool for the whole family to enjoy, lounge chairs to soak in all of Florida's sunshine, a tiki bar area with an outdoor lounge sitting area, and an outdoor table that can fit up to 8 people. The backyard is fully gated for privacy and filled with tropical plants that will let you know you are in Florida. String lights throughout make the outdoor enjoyable at night as much as you can enjoy it during the day. Inside the home you have a large hallway that leads you to the sleeping areas. The Master Bedroom is large and equipped with a top of the line bed, mattress and linen. A large closet and drawer will keep all of your belonging tidy, and the en-suite bathroom will give you all of the privacy you need. The room has two large french doors with direct access to the pool. A large Smart TV and the free Wi-Fi will keep you connected and entertained throughout the night. The 2nd room is equipped with a lovely queen size bed, amazing mattress, and beach vibes. The room has a closet for all your belongings and a smart TV. The 3rd room is also equipped with a queen size bed with a great mattress to ensure a great night sleep. Quality linen is provided along with everything else that you may need. As with all rooms, a smart TV is provided with Wi-Fi and cable channels. Lastly the 4th room of the house. This room was created to provide different types of sleeping arrangements. It has 2 set of bunk beds which will make it a perfect room for the kids, or friends that prefer not to share a bed. The room is spacious and filled with large windows that make the bedroom sun-drench. Don't worry if you need additional sleep, we provide blinds and black out curtains to sleep late if needed. This home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood called Imperial point in the center of Fort Lauderdale. You are within a short distance and drive to anything that you need, such as groceries, bars & restaurants, shops, and obviously the beach. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time. There were a few things that could have made the stay even better. The ceiling fan in the master was spinning the wrong direction. There’s was even dust collecting on the ceiling as a result. The pocket door to the master bath was jammed and inoperable. The cleanliness was pretty good, except there were lots of wall smudges and built up dust and dirt around the floor boards. There were a few house items we ended up buying; placemats for the glass table and a few floor mats. Would have been nice to have a larger fry pan and baking sheet as well. The host was very nice to communicate with, so with a few fixes this house would be even better. Once again, we overall enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Mariano’s house. He was very easy to reach and very friendly. The place was as described. The location is nice as it is easy to access different areas within the city.We glad I chose to stay at this place.

The house with its garden and pool is lovely. We were 6 adults and 3 children who loved it. The shaded outdoor area was used for breakfast lunch and dinner. The host was very responsive on any question and taking action on any need. Superhost. Our grand children are asking - when can we go back? Orjan and Anita from Sweden

Great property clean and modern design and facilities Close to the beach and free parking was available at Sea Steps close to the Ocean As visitors from the U.K. the beach chairs and body boards provided was a real bonus The house pool was well maintained and warm! Local Publix supermarket was close by for provisions The only thing missing in the house was a tin opener and serving spoons but we managed to overcome these limitations!! Would stay again in the future
