House and pool were clean. The air conditioner was out upon arrival, Property manager was very responsive. The A/c company came out the same day and unit was replaced at first availability. Property manger was very kind and helpful throughout the process and even brought us fans and water. There were two bbq pits one did not work and the other only two burners worked so if planning on cooking take into consideration the extra time needed to cook for a larger group. There are multiple rotten deck boards on the decks, I notified the property manager. It’s my understanding this is a new property for this company, they seemed concerned with my feedback. I feel confident they will be addressing these few minor issues. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again and recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a wide variety of people for a family reunion. The pool was a hit, the property was comfortable for our group of 15, and the location was perfect - close to the beach, food, and shopping.

Stayed at this home for 5 nights with 8 adults and 8 teens. Pros: walking distance to beach, close to trolly pick up, plenty of space for everyone, the people at the management company are nice to work with. Cons: this house is dirty. Not the kind of dirty that can be thoroughly cleaned in the few hours between one party checking out and one checking in. This house needs to be left unrented for a week or 2 and needs to be deep cleaned. The floors were disgusting. Some people had their shoes off the 1st day and their feet were black. The living room has these cream colored chairs that were stained and gross. The bathrooms have mold. All the sinks in the bathrooms were blocked up and not draining. There was a dead bug in one of the beds, in between the sheets. The ice maker did not work. The walls need painting. Even the box spring in the master bedroom was dirty. And the biggest bummer is the pool filter didn’t work the whole time we were there. It’s hot and humid in Florida so a nonfunctional pool filter is not okay. Most the people staying in the house refused to get in it. The cost of this house is way too high to have the major amenity be broken. I will say that the management company tried really hard to get it fixed but they were unable to. We chose this house because we wanted a pool so it’s very disappointing when you get there and it’s not working properly. So basically, great location, bad house. Way too expensive for what you get and in its condition.

We had a few concerns upon arrival and property mgt was very quick to respond and take care of issues. The only thing I can say that we were disappointed with is that there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. For whatever reason it never could get hot.

The property was in a great location, had a great yard and sleep plenty of people comfortably. The only complaints were cockroaches appearing in the house, the terrible dishwasher, and not having enough trash bags.

The property is in an excellent location, close to beaches, shopping and dining. However we found several issues that could be addressed: 1-many of the dining room chairs had broken arms 2-there was not a complete set of measuring cups/spoons (we were a family of seven and did 95% cooking and eating in) 3- we were given only one kitchen dish towel and one small bottle of dish detergent for the week 4-one kitchen cabinet door was hanging by 1 hinge (husband able to fix) 5- there were several piles of dog poop in the yard when we arrived that were not cleaned up from previous guests 6-there was trash thrown under the stairs and around the pool filter 7-kitchen sink faucet was broken at the base 8-there was no smoke detector in the lower bedroom 9-the bottom rack of the dishwasher was missing a roller Again, its in a great location and a lovely property but needs a little maintenance and TLC!

The weather was not in our favor, but we had a great time with family.
