The Guesthouse, which is behind the main house, has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has a sofa bed with a queen-size automatic blow-up mattress for added comfort if needed. This room also serves as a small office space. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, 1 full bath, and a private enclosed patio space for you to enjoy the outdoors separated from the main house, which comes with outdoor seating and a grilling station( Propane fill and or refill will be tenant responsibility) There are window A.C units throughout the home and an electric fireplace in the living room Smart TV with Fire Stick and internet are available.
