The property is on a corner of the island featuring its own private beach and water access. This airy two bedroom condo features complimentary wi-fi, flat-screen TVs, full kitchen and a balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom; unit sleeps six. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well. Prepare meals in fully equipped kitchen that offers a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware. Condo also features a Washer and Dryer for convenience. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi and a bay-view grill restaurant. There's also a bar, a business center, complimentary parking, onsite BBQ grills and an airport shuttle (fee). Off the property you will find fun activities like parasailing, fishing charters, coral reef sightseeing tours, scuba diving, snorkeling, diving spots, and museums. Units are assigned at check-in, pictures are representative of unit, decor, layout and room view may vary. Complimentary parking is available for the first vehicle. Height restriction is 6 feet 8 inches. A $10 charge per day, per vehicle, applies for additional vehicles. Additional parking is subject to availability. There is no RV parking available. Stays less than (7) seven nights may be subject to a housekeeping fee ($60 subject to change), due at check-in. This is a Cashless Resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. This property welcomes ADA service animals. Pets are not permitted. Late Arrivals - Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If arriving after 11:00 pm, advance arrangements must be made by calling the property's Front desk. Renovation Update: Property elevators are being upgraded beginning April 29 through Aug. 16, 2024. During this project, one of the resorts two elevators will be inoperable. Please anticipate some elevated noise levels from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
