From the kitchen to the laundry and patio, we have everything ready for your stay There are three upstairs bedrooms. Two queens and one king in the master. Driveway and street parking are available at no cost. The garage is not available for use.

Very comfortable property, easy to fall asleep on the comfy beds & recliners, clean, provided everything we needed to get settled in (only thing extra I had to buy was sugar for the coffee machine, soap for bath & toothpaste). Lovely quiet & safe neighborhood. Will definitely recommend.

Door on 2nd bedroom off hinge could not shut door. windows were very dirty like not cleaned ever. No light in 2nd bedroom bought lamp at trift store Water in shower was too cold

House is plain nineties decor. No frills to speak of (auto ice maker was nice). Description says sleeps 10 but there was only bedding for 3 beds. Location is good, close to Allegiant and downtown. Nice neighborhood close to stores/food. House was clean and ready when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Check in process was confusing because there was a keypad on the front porch that we saw first. Took us awhile to figure out we needed to use the keypad on the front door which was behind the screen door and we couldn't see it. .Would recommend property to others..

This house was a great place for my family of 5 plus 2 dogs. It had plenty of space for all of us and even a private gated back yard. It has everything we needed. It’s located in a safe neighbourhood about a 15 minute drive to the strip (it’s actually pretty close to the strip but the traffic in Vegas is nuts). The only issue we had was the check-in process and communication with the property manager. I asked the pm if we could extend our stay but she did not respond . Also when we got to the property the front door was locked by a metal security gate that needed a key to open. We only received a code to open the front door but no key. The only way we got into the property was through the back patio door which was open. The code we were given for the front door was incorrect. Once we figured out the access to the property everything was great. The pm gave us the correct code for the door so problem solved. Other than that this place was great. I only wish the pm responded to my request to stay at this place a little longer.

Pros: Property was very nice. Exceptionally clean. Extremely quiet well maintained neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Just minutes from airport. Beds we’re comfortable. Cons: states it sleeps 8. There were no sheets or pillows for the 7th & 8th sleepers (sleeper sofa). Only 7 dining table chairs.

Nice property for the price charged. Minor concerns discovered on arrival were addressed promptly, even on a holiday weekend. Small TVs in the 2nd & 3rd bedroom would be a great upgrade to make. Overall, very happy with our stay! Thanks!

Rented this for family to stay in. Check in was at 4pm. We got there at 6:15 and there was a truck parked in the driveway and we could not get in. Tried to call the owner 3 times and no answer. Texted and they only replied via text and did not completely help. Just said they would check with cleaners. We had to bang on the door, and the cleaner came out and said it would be another 30 min before they were done. So we left and got dinner. Would have been nice to be able to check in when it said we could so my family who travel from the UK could clean up before dinner. I texted the owner that the cleaner was still there and they never responded. The house was nice and property was nice. Just which the begining started off on a better foot.

We stayed at this property with two other couples for a weekend getaway of mountain biking and hanging out as couples and friends. The property area was very nice and we felt safe the entire time. It was close to the paved bike trail we road during our trip. The house was plenty big enough for all three couples to have our own space and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, and utensils. Cons: this property was not the cleanest. The housekeeper could do a little bit better job of vacuuming the couches (covered with dog hair), cleaning the bathrooms (hair left over in the shower and on the floors), and the bedding needs to be washed better (hair on the sheets, comforter, and pillows). The pillows are fluffy, but flatten down to nothing. We had to go buy our own pillows after our first night there. The property was a bit dated, but overall, for the price we paid, it was a great deal. I would stay here again if I needed a place to go to for a quick weekend getaway.

We had a problem with the combination for the door. Contacted the property manager, and after a few minutes, an alternate combination was given which opened the door. We had to leave the door and windows open to air out the property due to the overwhelming odor of Pine Sol. Because of covid, i can’t blame the property manager for the over use of Pine Sol. Excluding the first couple of hours, the property was great and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Bed broke in the middle of the night while we were dead asleep. Other then that the house was really nice and clean. I wasn't a fan of their refund policy though, we had scheduled a two night stay for a wedding but ended up knowing we had to leave a day early weeks in advance and still was unable to get refund for the other day so paid for two nights only stayed one.

Ashley is a great host. She was very communicative, accessible, & accommodating. The property was comfortable & perfect for our family needs. As a Filipino family, We really loved the large dining table that sat all of us and had lots of space for the food. Plus, the Bluetooth speaker was awesome. We played music, ate, talked, laughed, & had a great time. Ashley, thank you again for hosting us.

Better than expected. Only thing was the gate was locked to the backyard so we couldn’t take the garbage cans back into the backyard once garbage came to empty them. Could have also had more than one dish towel out for drying dishes. Other than those two minor improvements it was way better than anticipated. Should be advertised near such a great system of safe walking trails.
