About this cottage rental
Located in Eustis, this lovely cottage for $219 per night is a great option for your next vacation. A perfect get-a-way location down a winding laneway and tucked into the trees. Pine Forest Studio is a well-appointed cozy cottage shaded by oaks and magnolias with a screen porch view of nothing but pines. A bbq is just off the porch, along with convenient adjacent parking with plenty of extra parking also available. The interior boasts a queen size bed with luxury linens, cable tv, wifi, central heat/ac, large comfy sofa for relaxing and an arm chair for reading. Everything you need for your stay is provided in the fully equipped kitchen and bath. Things to do include nothing at all, or a wide assortment of nearby activities. Renninger's famous Flea Market and Antique Center is 10 minutes away (look on their website for Antique Extravaganza weekends and other special events) and quaint Mt Dora shops and restaurants (check out Goblin Market, Pisces Rising or One Flight Up) a quick 5 minutes. If you enjoy a walk in the woods, Trout Lake Nature Center is less than a mile down the road. Over 100 championship golf courses are within an easy drive including those at Mission Inn Yalaha and The Villages. World-class fishing is also at your doorstep in the FLW and BassMasters tournament lakes on the Harris Chain. Captain Austin, our resident (and Coast Guard licensed ) fishing guide, operates Monster Bass Fishing Charters with over 50 5-star reviews you can be guaranteed a great day out on the water chasing big bass. We are located on a 5 acre property with on-site owners should you require anything during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Pretty property, just as advertised. Stayed by myself (simgle female) with my two small dogs. Felt safe and comfortable. 10-15 minute drive to Mount Dora. Off a country road and a few minutes drive away from stores. Would recommend.

My fiancé and I booked The Studio for a wedding I was in. Everything was great. During our first couple of days, my fiancé experienced an unexpected emergency surgery which unfortunately resulted in us not being able to fully use the property. Even though we weren’t able to fully use it, we would definitely book it again and would highly recommend it. Sharon, the property owner, was more than accommodating. She always responded fairly quickly to questions or concerns we had. We couldn’t of asked for anyone better to book our trip through.

We were happy, our dog was happy. Close to Emerald Cut so we could kayak. Lounging by the pool was such a bonus! Even though the accommodations were next to the main house, it was VERY private. Hosts were easy to get in contact with for advice on a place to go. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this property enough if you're a Floridian without a pool, who just needs a break from everyday life. Specific, I know, but it was exactly what we were looking for.
We only traveled an hour and a half to get to the home, but it felt like we were in another world in the best possible way. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and very reminiscent of a luxury resort. There are four lounge chairs in the shallow end, which is only about a foot deep, and the rest of the gigantic pool is about four and a half feet deep. It's simply perfect for floating and lounging. There are umbrellas already set up so you can read in the shade or bask in the sun. We were told that there might be two other guests sharing the pool with us, but we never saw anyone. We had the entire pool to ourselves!
Accommodations were stylish and modern, and very comfortable. The hosts thought of just nearly everything. There is a stove top, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a grill-- just about any cooking surface aside from a full-size oven. There are pots and pans, utensils, basic seasonings, and plenty of plates and glassware, and ice trays in the freezer. There was a percolator for coffee, which was provided as well.
The bed is comfortable, and the sheets were clean and soft. The bathroom was modern, and overall the entire space was well curated and comfortable. We barely left the entire three nights we were there, it was just a lovely place to relax.

This is our first time using VRBO and we were not sure what to expect. The studio was just as promised in the ad. It was cozy and had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our stay. It was very convenient to everything we planned to do. My favorite part of the day was enjoying breakfast and tea on the porch and listening to the birds sing. We look forward to staying here again.

1st of all Sharon was gracious and accommodating...even phoned to me to provi'd directions and clear up a couple of booking issues. The cabin was spotlessly clean and had great ambiance. Not big but certainly not too small for 2 adults and a child, or a pet. We stayed 3 nights and it was like our home away from home. A++++.

The property is very well designed, equipped, and decorated. It was a great base for us for birdwatching, hiking, and kayaking in the area. It is not as isolated as some reviews had suggested; we heard road noise (from the county road a few hundred feet away?) when we went outside or had a door or window open. Other than that, though, it was perfect.

I contacted cabin owner and asked if cabin is in quiet area because my husband and I like to be far away from sounds of fireworks and firecrackers. She said it is in the country and very quiet. But it wasn’t! At least not that night. Otherwise we liked the cabin and would stay again at a quieter time. Cabin is a studio- small but quite comfortable.

Lovely Retreat!
What a lovely studio! It felt private and secluded, but was just a short drive to shopping and dining. Sharon has thought of everything to make the place cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was a delightful bonus! We highly enjoyed our stay and would love to escape here again.
