Our gorgeous renovated 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom condo in the Sunnyside beach area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset on either of the two balconies with expansive unobstructed views overlooking the Gulf. Welcome to Ramsgate Harbour #21 – where comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and closeness will keep you coming back! Our views are the best that Ramsgate Harbour has to offer. We’re conveniently located at the West end of Front Beach Road adjacent to Carillon Beach, a mere 10-minute ride to Pier Park, and a quick 5 minutes from beautiful 30-A. Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are easily within walking distance so you can pick up groceries, beverages, and beach accessories – just about anything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You can relax on the balconies to enjoy the sunsets, sights, and sounds. The only thing between you, the white sand beach, and the crystal-clear Gulf water is the pool area which offers grills, picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Ramsgate Harbour #21 is where family fun and relaxation become second nature. Perfect for families, our 5-star, 1,100 square foot, 2-level home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths that sleeps 7 comfortably. You'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area and a half bathroom on the main floor. One story up houses 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 balconies overlooking the Gulf, 1 is covered and the other is uncovered. All mattresses and sleeper sofa are new. - Primary Bedroom: King bed with private bathroom, his and her closets, TV and private balcony - Second Bedroom: Queen and Twin beds with hallway full bath and Smart TV - Main Floor: Queen Sofa bed with balcony Your Rental Includes: - Just about any kitchen appliance and utensil you can think of - Keurig Duo coffee maker - In-unit full size washer and dryer - Towels and bed linens - Access to the private pool - Under building, covered parking with additional, first-come, first served guest parking - Free high-speed internet - 3 televisions and 1 DVD player, 1 Smart TV in the living room and guest room and 1 TV in the primary bedroom - A limited DVD library - USB hubs in the main living area and both bedrooms - Friendly guest support :) IMPORTANT INFO: - Smoke free and pet free home - Reservations must be made by someone age 23 years or older and this person must be among the guests occupying the unit during the vacation rental - Smoking of any kind or vaping is not permitted in the home, pool area, front and back balconies, clubhouse, grilling area, office, or under the building. If you smoke, please do so outside in the parking lot along Front Beach Road - No pets. We're sorry! As much as we love pets, our association does not allow guests to bring them. Thank you for following our community rules - We do not provide beach towels. Please keep the white bathroom towels in the home - This unit is not wheelchair accessible. 2 flights of stairs must be navigated to access the home’s main living area. There are no elevators at this property - Bikes can be rented and delivered directly for you at your cost - This rental includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella every day of your stay from 1 March-1 November; weather permitting. - A guest book with rules, regulations, instructions, and recommendations will be waiting for you upon arrival - For stays over 14 days, we require a bi-weekly cleaning (additional fees apply).

Julie and Jeff are amazing hosts! We had issues with a different condo day one into our trip, and Julie was quick to answer her phone when we called to inquire about a last-minute booking. They were able to get us in that afternoon!
The condo was immaculate. Very clean, bright, and well stocked with TONS of blankets and all the kitchen essentials we needed.
This place was perfect for a couple or a family, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront condo!

This property exceeded my expectations. We were very comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were great. The balcony furniture was very nice for drinking coffee in the morning and watching dolphins pass by. I will be back!

Ramsgate Harbour 21 is beautiful with very nice furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were steps from the beautiful ocean. The furniture on the two balconies is very nice and sturdy. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The towels are very nice. It was a 5 star experience. We hope to go back!
Julie was very friendly and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Booked it because I wanted to check out the locations closer to PCB for activities for my kids and it was perfect. Loved the quiet, laid back atmosphere. The condo had everything we needed and loved that it was close to a grocery store. We’re hoping to visit again soon. It was nice to have separate bedroom areas from the living room and kitchen for the kids bed times. Anyone who has trouble with stairs may not like this tho. (I did see a baby gate provided in the hallway closet for those with toddlers!). Our whole trip felt like a little glimpse of heaven!

It was a longer walk from my vehicle to the condo than the condo to the beach. Our stay was phenomenal, one issue with the coded door lock going out on the second day and Jeff and Julie took had it taken care of the next morning. The condo is recently updated, relatively well stocked, and overall great for our crew of 4. The only complaint I had was the condo is on the 1st floor and if someone is staying above you, you will hear them walking, no big deal unless you're a light sleeper like me. The beach had very people on it, right up my alley. At the end of the day, I would highly recommend staying here.

Tv did not work call they had someone there on Monday and it was on the cable in not tv. The host Jeff and Julie was great to deal with. Will rent again from them.

Due to some construction, we had to be moved to a different unit. Our host, Julie, was fantastic in making this work and also very accommodating when we asked (earlier on) to move our trip to another available week. Will definitely look forward to staying here again (and hopefully, with the same hosts) in the future.

We had such a great time at this condo! Everything was exactly as described/pictured in the listing. Julie and Jeff were wonderful hosts and the communication was great and always very quick.
We have been coming to Ramsgare Harbour for 4 years now and this was our first stay at this condo. We can’t wait to book again!
The condo was very well stocked with everything that was needed. The daily chair and umbrella rental was a huge hit! We usually bring our own 4 beach chairs and didn’t even check the provided 4 beach chairs until later and wish we would right away. So comfy!
And as always, you can’t beat the location. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded at all.

We had an issue with another unit in Ramsgate and Jeff and Julie were so quick with their reply and helped us get into their unit the same day. The unit was so clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and also had beach chairs and sand toys. Our family was very comfortable here, and we would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and we would love to stay here again as well.

Ramsgate 21 is a perfect location for a family getaway. The beach access and ocean view is amazing! The unit is very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was fast and friendly. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
The Ramsgate Harbour complex does not have elevators. If you struggle with stairs, I would not recommend this location.

Our rental was exactly as listed! As soon as you open the door, you can see the beautiful Gulf through patio doors! We appreciated the charging stations by the sofa and in the bedroom and the throw blankets added coziness! The beach chair/umbrella program started March 1, but prior to that, we had access to backpack beach chairs in the unit. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Look no more this place is fabulous! Spacious beach front condo with top notch furnishings with recent upgrades throughout. The moment you walk in you know you’ve made the right decision. Plenty of dishware and glasses. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Nice daylight kitchen overlooking large dining area. Large all glass wall leading out to downstairs balcony with direct ocean front view. Beds in all rooms very comfortable with high end mattresses. Master suite has glass wall leading to upstairs balcony. You can hear the waves crashing very soothing. All bathrooms upgraded with high end cabinets and nicely tiled full size showers. Recessed lighting throughout. No crowds on beach with beautiful white sand and emerald colored waters. Plenty of grocery stores and fine restaurants just a few minutes away. Only about 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach.
Owners very kind, communicative, and helpful.
We definitely would like to come back to this gem of a place.

My family of 5 have stayed at multiple locations in the area from Ft Walton, Destin, Miramar, Santa Rosa, and now here, and this has been our best condo yet. First, the location is perfect with the condo being “tucked away” but also in close proximity to 30a, grocery stores/shopping, and the main area of PCB, and parking was plentiful and convenient. Upon entering the condo the first two things you notice is the cleanliness and the view- both are second to none. The beach was also wonderful. With us having a small child it wasn’t an inconvenience for us to quickly go in and out of the room for them to rest throughout the day. It also was great being able to keep and eye on on our kids without having to worry about the crowds found at high rises. Lastly, Julie was quick to respond with any questions we had and made sure our stay went flawless. To say we were pleased with our experience would be an understatement….our search for the best location is definitely over!!

The whole family absolutely adored this place. The location really can't be beat. Being able to walk out right out onto the beach was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded at all which was lovely. The kids found more shells than they have ever found at other locations. It is also close to grocery stores and a short drive away from some delicious restaurants. The inside worked so well for us. The kids enjoyed the main floor balcony while my husband & I had some quiet time on our own balcony. The bedrooms were a good size. Really no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo unit. It was well appointed and accurately described. The covered parking was great and the location can’t be beat. You won’t find a quieter part of PCB. Walking distance to groceries and since it’s not in a giant tower (or anywhere near one) the beach was never even close to crowded. I noticed a broken deck chair when we arrived and the owners had it repaired a couple days later and made sure to let me know when someone would be coming by, and that it would be OK with us. Overall we loved the unit and the location and wish we were still there!

Amazing Condo!
Beautiful condo right on the beach with private access. It’s a great location with an amazing seafood restaurant right across the street. The condo was super clean and we will absolutely stay again! The owners made sure we had a 5 star experience and checked in with us through the week. Love!!

This is a great place to stay. My family enjoyed the condo. It was nice, clean, and just like it was described. It had everything that we needed. I loved that the chairs and umbrella were included and the beach was right outside. . The beach was beautiful and not over crowded. We will defiantly stay here again.

Our week in the condo was great! The location was fabulous and the condo had everything you need. The bedding and towels were so soft! This was our first stay at Ramsgate and we will definitely return. The pool was a fabulous addition, as well as the beach chairs. The owners are super friendly and very easy to get in contact with. Ramsgate 21 is a very clean and comfortable unit in a low density complex. We were drawn to the place because of the covered parking and the fact that the complex is located outside of, but close to, Panama City Beach, and is in an area (Sunnyside) that is more relaxed and less crowded. The daily beach chair service provided is especially nice, although really nice beach chairs are available in the unit if one wishes to take them down to the beach and be close to the water/waves. The kitchen is well stocked, and the in unit washer/dryer is definitely a plus. Due to the covered parking being located on the ground floor, there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the entrance of the unit, and then the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs and are located on the top level. This is clearly stated in the description of the property that is provided by the owners. We didn’t find this to be a problem, but some may have issues and we felt this was worth mentioning. We viewed the steps as a plus because we got some exercise in spite of ourselves! :) Anyway, great unit, and very great owners, who checked to make sure everything was to our liking after we “checked” in. This one is a good one, rented at a very fair price!

We wanted something directly on the beach and this is absolutely perfect. 2 balconies at the residence and the beach was so easy to get to quickly, couldn't have asked for a better spot! Not super crowded, great for families. Jeff and Julie were extremely helpful and responsive - would absolutely stay here in the future!
