About this condo rental
Escape to the mountains for some much needed time with your loved ones or friends. A stay in our cozy condo will offer you a warm break by the fireplace in the Winter and a departure from the heat in the Summer. What We Love: If you are into tubing, snowboarding or skiing, we are located within a mile of the wintergreen ski resort lifts. Buy some passes to the Ski Slopes or The Plunge Snow Tubing Park, or borrow our sleds that we keep inside the ski closet and search for your own hills nearby. We are so close to the local spa that you can practically throw a rock at it. Or, visit local hiking trails, orchards, and wineries. Take your kids to the Discovery Ridge Adventure Center and you’re sure to find plenty of things to do. **Pets are welcome. Please pay the $35 dog fee when you book. If you forget, please send us a message and we can send a payment request. Highlights of the Condo: Known as the Wintergreen House of Bethel, this condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master features a King bed and a 55” 4K HDTV, with a private shower/tub bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed over a Queen bed (bunkbed) and a 55” 4K HDTV. For those traveling with an extra small child, we do have two mattress cots that can be pulled out. No parties or events allowed. Rental agreement must be signed before arriving.

This condo was the perfect place for a couples trip for the 4 of us. Perfect size and setup. Kitchen and linen essentials provided. Comfortable beds and furniture. Sweet note's left for each of us.

It was great, nice and peacful and relaxing. Only suggestion would be to add a note in guest book about how to turn on the water.

Owners are amazing-can’t say enough great things about them and property. Had one minor hiccup to no one’s fault - they were wonderful and communicative and made sure we were 1000% satisfied. Would stay again.

Amazing lil condo with all the essentials

Pros: Tidy, functional, quite well stocked. Soft sheets. Pet-friendly.
Cons: Unable to access property (door code did not work) then not being able to contact the owner by phone, text, or e-mail because there was not cell signal. Drove halfway back down the mountain to try to get a signal, and still no one answered our repeated calls or texts. Couldn't find any other place (hotel, etc.) that late at night to take us with our dog. Ended up finding and crawling through an unlocked window to access property at 11:30 p.m. Owner contacted us the next morning, apologetic, and did issue a small credit back on our credit card.
Wi-Fi signal quite poor; often couldn't send or receive texts. Some phone calls impossible.
Property needs to be repainted; walls dingy.
Coffee maker basket is fussy and leaked when it was brewing.
Microwave turntable falls out of alignment, tilting/spilling food.
Oven dirty; smoke alarm went off every time we opened the oven door when in use.
Heat kept coming on in one of the bedrooms; couldn't adjust it even when following the instructions.
AC very loud and mounted high on the living room wall; difficult for shorter person to see or reach the bottom-most dial, even on tiptoes.
Shower body wash watered down instead of replaced.
Found towels, etc. in the dryer.
Noise from second-floor occupants (footsteps, doors, flushing toilets) quite noticeable.
Unit quite dark but overhead lighting is harsh and switches not always intuitive.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend on the mountain with our family ! Beautiful views enjoyed the pool and also the lake !

Overall our stay was fine. The WIFI was very spotty at times and it made it difficult to load programs for the kids or connect to music. Even the YouTube app on the TV wouldn’t load. I couldn’t access the VBRO app because of the WI-FI so once at the event I had service to reach you about the AC.
Once we figured out the AC that was not an issue so thank you for calling me to explain.

We had a very short one night stay based completely on needing a quick place to stop one night while traveling for a graduation event. The location could not be more beautiful. Would love to go back and really enjoy the area. Had a tiny problem with the heating system but the owner responded with lightning speed and the problem was fixed. The care package left for us with coffee and beautiful notes were priceless and you can tell owners care about their guests. Thank you so very much!

I was lucky to find this property last minute— it was not available the week prior so I assume there was a cancellation. What luck! This was very clean, very nicely decorated updated and well appointed. I loved the touch of complementary granola bars, coffee and cocoa! Access to all the channels on the tv, great! The location is nearer to the golf course so the shuttle or driving to park is essential. The owner has sweet messages for guests and clearly wants guests to be comfortable and happy. This is a great rental.

Great long weekend with our kids at Wintergreen! Appreciated the personalized touches, like the welcome notes, encouraging messages, snacks, and all the basic supplies needed for our stay (like paper towels, soap, etc.) Beds were very comfortable too!

Our family and one of our daughter’s friends stayed here for the weekend to get away and to go snow tubing. The unit was clean and just as described in the listing. Had several nice touches like bottled water, hot chocolate, and toiletries provided. Beds were comfortable. The unit was near the spa which has a shuttle bus to the lodge, ski areas, and snow tubing park. We had a wonderful time. Owner communicated timely and friendly! Location was great. Enjoyed the Biblical scriptures displayed throughout the home. Fireplace was much appreciated. Hot water and heater in bathrooms were greatly appreciated! We do wish the kitchen was stocked a little better. Other than that, it met all of our needs. Thank you!

Such a cozy place to stay! Definitely the cleanest and organized VRBO I’ve stayed in thus far! The kind gesture of bottled water, popcorn, coffee kcups, and snack bars were wonderful! Every internet channel you need at your finger tips and the cutest little balcony. Linens and towels were of great quality and the decor was just perfect for a mountain vibe! You can truly tell the owners care about their renters. We will be back!

Wanted a little get away from the city for the weekend to see local vineyards and it was a great place to stay at! The location was a little out of the way but besides that it was great!

Very nice condo and communication was quick. It was nice to have linens and also some basic staples included. Shampoo and soap, as well as toilet paper. Would stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

The condo was the perfect spot to rest and recharge in between our adventures. Our 2 young kids loved their bunk room, access to the swimming pool and having everything we needed. Nothing was left out by the owners who were very easy to get in touch with. The place was clean with countless thoughtful details and exactly as the pictures and info described. Great surroundings, clean, and surprisingly spacious! We didn't have time to do much other than grab dinner at Devil's Backbone Basecamp Brewpub (which was fantastic btw) but it looked like there was a decent number of options at the resort itself. Would definitely recommend!
