Get a workout in at Anatomy or take a run along the Boardwalk before heading to the Beach for some sun, sand, and water sports fun with the family. It can also be scheduled for a test drive through the concierge. GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • Valet parking is available at regular hotel valet rate. • Room service not available. • Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $55/day plus tax for rentals less than 30 days. • Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $400 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Room is very spacious at almost 2000sq ft. 3 bed, 3 bath was great for bringing kids. Everything felt clean and new. comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Full size soap and shampoo. Great beach service and dining at 1hotel. Great rental company. (especially Adriano). Will be back.

Needed a last minute getaway and this apartment looked fantastic. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious with incredible views of the ocean.. You have access to all the amenities of the 1 hotel. Gorgeous pool and beachfront, right on walk/bike path. 1 mile walk to heart of South Beach. Great family vacation unit!

The residences at the 1 Hotel are really spectacular. The location is awesome, the apartment has every amenity you would nee. The kitchen is great for cooking or just hanging out. The beds are really comfortable, great linens. The batrooms fully stocked and tons of towles.

The 1 hotel is gorgeous and the residence is nicely appointed with amazing views. A few important points if you are a discerning traveler. First, the master bathroom had a subtle foul smell the whole time. I’m not sure if it was the toilet — or what it was, but it was constant. Secondly, the two bedrooms (non-master) have the best views. The master bedroom had a nice view, but it was only a partial beach view — while the other two bedrooms had full-on beach views that were unsurpassed. One of the two bedrooms had an a/c unit that did not work very well. It needs servicing and did not cool very well. The a/c unit in the master unit also needed repair. It would cool, but it was loud and turned on and off every five minutes (so, it was annoying). Overall, the hotel aspects were wonderful. However, for the excessive price, I will book a room directly with the hotel in the future so that we can have a full-service experience. The Restaurants were great also. However, I just had a higher expectation. Also, they only clean the room once every 7 days .

I can’t imagine a better condo, better amenities, or a better location! Miami was fabulous and these accommodations were too! Pet friendly, personalized concierge, rooftop pool, and spacious digs with an ocean view. Workout facility the best we’ve ever seen! And just a mile or 2 from anything you would care to do. So glad we chose 1Hotel ☺️

Everything was perfect
Our family of 5 and my sister's family of 6 came down to Miami Beach to spend some quality time together. We loved staying with Luxury Rentals as they made everything a lot easier and more enjoyable. We had a total of 6 children and they surprised us with a couple of sand buckets set upon our arrival. What a nice touch, it was very nice of them. We all enjoyed the hotel amenities; the 1 hotel is beautiful! What we loved about this unit, in particular, were the floor to ceiling ocean views. Stunning! We will return next year.

Beyond our expectations
This residence at the 1 hotel was beyond what we expected. The panoramic oceanfront views from both bedrooms were just breathtaking. The master bedroom had a balcony also facing the ocean and was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The property managers, the best I've dealt with, by far. We will come back for sure.

We loved 1Hotel in general and our apartment specifically.
The views from the room were fantastic. The pools are beach are lovely. The rep from Luxury Rentals could have been a bit more attentive, but we really didn’t need him much. We would go back in a heartbeat! Our 7 year old says every day how much she misses it!

Beautiful 3/3 condo
The apartment was spectacular and the hotel / residences is gorgeous! The views are to die for! We had a very nice time on our vacation here. Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was very responsive and attentive before and during our stay. Their concierge were helpful and bend over backwards for us when we needed balloons to surprise our friend. We will definitely book again with this company!

Gorgeous 5 star residence in luxury resort hotel
It's actually better than the photos. Checked in for long weekend with 3 friends. Top notch friendly service from the very beginning. The 3 bedroom unit is beach-chic, comfortable, new and has everything you need. Very nicely done. Each room has a gorgeous ocean view and there is a double wide terrace filled with comfy lounge furniture. The pools are fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, atmosphere is upbeat and sophisticated without being too loud, or overbearing. Food is the restaurants is very good too. 1 Hotel is a great destnation and this is a fantastic apartment within it.
