We enjoyed our stay the only thing that I was not happy with was that you did not get clean towels during the week- yes you could go wash them in the laundry but you paid for the detergent to use. But when you are on vacation you don't really want to do that. Be sure to clean everything off/ sweep and sweep again before you leave.

THE ROOM WAS FINE BUT THE PROPERTY WAS A LITTLE RUN DOW AND ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORING AND IT WAS PRETTY BUSY SO WE HAD SOME LONG WAITS TO USE THE ELEVATOR.

The property was exactly as listed. We loved the location! Even had hand, dish soap. As well as some little shampoo and conditioner. Go to hamburger Joe’s and native joes. You will NOT be disappointed. If I had to make 1 tiny critique - the beds could use some new linens, ours were a little rough and starting to pill - we will be back !

Beautiful location with ocean view. Apartment is nice as shown on pictures. Check in and check out was done electronically no issues. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

First time staying at this property and we hope to be back. Love the area - it’s where we typically stay in north Myrtle. We checked in only a few days post hurricane Ian, but the staff were on top of things. There was only one functional elevator, but we were given plenty of notice. Kudos to the staff at Beach Cove!

I absolutely would never stay here again even if it was free. The booking pictures were deceiving. And unit didn’t seemed remodeled as stated. Installing a fancy microwave doesn’t quality as remodeled. To start I didn’t appreciate the message the day after my arrival to remind me not to take the room towels to the beach or pool. What I would have appreciated was a note or something in the booking stating that when you operate the microwave and toaster you loose power. This happened twice during my stay in the middle of cooking meals for our kids. Then I’m expected to go play handyman by flipping switches to get the power back on. We were told by property staff that loss of power is common at this facility. Seems there is a known issue with the electrical wiring. After the second outage we were instructed by Julie “to minimize power usage to the unit like not use everything at once as it would cause the power to go out” . That’s ridiculous! The so called kitchen is not a fully functional kitchen. The 2 burned stove barely works.The furnace door in the bathroom could not close looked as if the door was too big. So it was open during my whole stay not the best sight when in the bathroom. During the rain storm the facility placed a chain and lock on the gate so we had no access or entry to a place I’m paying to stay at. I saw plenty of kids jumping these high gates . I’ve never stayed at a facility that does this. Not only denied entry to paying guest but putting kids in danger of getting hurt when they jump a gate in wet pavement. As to the facility as a whole… it’s a dump ! Dirty, disgusting, elevators not working or slow when they do. The pool is not well kept there was puke sitting in a pool all day. So unacceptable. My child actually got sick after spending 3 days in these pools. My whole family absolutely didn’t not enjoy this facility. We’ve been going to Myrtle beach for about 20 years every summer. This place is absolutely the worse.

We had a great trip. All the paperwork was processed ahead of time. We had no issues. The condo was as according to pictures. It was clean and nice. The balcony view is great! Would definitely go back!

This resort is in a great location and had great amenities. The building itself is old and out dated as well as the rooms. Ceilings need to be repaired leaks everywhere. Units are clean but need updating and remodeling done.
