Perch at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers. The table in the dining area seats six. BED & BATH This condo sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a deep jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Located a short walk from your building, the lagoon-style pool is a refreshing oasis after a fun-filled beach day. Rejuvenate in the hot tub or dip your toes in the wading pool. The community tram offers free rides to the beach and pool. This rental is located on the third floor. An elevator is available. THE LOCATION Walk a leisurely 8 minutes from The Village to lounge by the surf. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterside bike rides on the 30A path, located just in front of the building. A mile away, 30Avenue is home to a plethora of chic shops. Drive 11 miles to Pier Park to find amusement rides and oceanfront restaurants. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The place is fine. Just lots of little things slightly below par… slight dated decor, slight worn furniture, kitchen not very well stocked, master bath toilet very finicky. That said, the location is fantastic. Definitely a just fine place to stay but make sure you get a good deal.

GROSS. i thought Vacasa would fix the issues i’ve seen in other reviews. NOPE. Floors are dirty, our feet were black. Bathtub absolutely disgusting and doesn’t drain properly. Sent a cleaning person up with a swifter and a towel wrapped around the end… like no. this needs CLEANED. Black mold in master bathroom shower. AND they charge a $300 cleaning fee. laughable. They just gave me the run around and don’t help with anything. Great location during the day but rough at night with local kids fist fighting on lawn. Save yourself. Don’t do it.

Your condo had many good features. An excellent location near many excellent restaurants and shops, easy access to the beach, beautiful pools and an excellent layout of the unit. Kitchen equipment and dining utensils were adequate and the unit comfortable with a nice baloney area. How-ever there were a number of disappointing shortcomings of the unit that were greatly disappointing. 1) Burnt out lightbulbs in both baths with no replacements in the unit. 2) Moldy discoloration on the shower curtain in the smaller bath. 3) Bath matt in the smaller bath looked as though it should have been replaced years ago. 4) Repaired plaster in the main gathering area had not even been sanded let alone repainted. 5) Extensive mold around the base of the master bath shower. 6) Dresser in the master bedroom had missing drawer pull, a hole in one drawer and was hard to open. Obviously needs to be replaced. (Note: other furniture and drawers were in excellent shape and operated well.) 7) Couch and chairs in common area needed upholstery cleaning.
For these reasons we would not consider returning to this unit in the future. I can supply pictures of these issues.

Location was perfect, place was super clean. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Will def choose this place when we go back to the area.

We stayed here for a long weekend and everything was very nice. The condo is in a great location, it has a nice balcony and plenty of space. There were some crumbs on the floor in the living room that were missed by the cleaning crew but the sheets, towels, and other common spaces were clean.
The TV is a little complicated because the guide doesn’t work and it’s not your standard cable/dish. It’d be helpful to have some instructions for guests on how to use it, but we figured it out eventually.
Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and we’d stay there again.

Vacasa was very responsive with any concerns or needs we had during our stay. Would definitely rent a property from them in the future. Only thing I would say is that when i inquired about if we could have a golf cart on property I was told yes which was true, however pretty much all of the surrounding areas do not allow golf carts. I wish I would have known that before reserving a golf cart because that ended up being kind of a waste of money for us. However, we did love the condo and location! Tram to the beach was great to have too! Beach was a little crowded, would be nice if they were able to expand that area for more beach space. Check in and out process was very easy. Overall we had a great experience!

Great location and a clean unit! We had a little trouble figuring out the TVs but once we did, it was great. There is plenty of space and the location is fabulous if you like Seacrest. The beds and pillows were comfy and unit was well appointed with plenty of room to relax. Would stay again for sure.

However, the communication with property management was poor. My mother-in-law passed away and her funeral was scheduled for the day of check-in. I messaged the property manager 2 weeks prior to our stay to inquire about a refund and received no response. I was unable to join my group and had hoped that property management would have reached out to discuss a possible refund or an option to reschedule for another property (available dates for this property wouldn't work for us.) I don't think this was a VRBO issue though.

Very nice, very clean unit! The only complaint was the noise, however we knew we were staying in a high traffic area. We were just surprised at the amount of unsupervised teenagers out until midnight and after.

Upon arrival, the condo smelled clean, but within 20 minutes it was evident that it had not been cleaned at all. Floors were filthy, kitchen counters were grimy, master bath had not been cleaned, and the worst - when we climbed in bed that night the sheets were dirty! I was appalled. The management company was very responsive, sent a crew to clean within the hour, gave me access to the locked closet to get clean sheets, and credited us back for the cleaning fee. So it all worked out in the end. But in these days of the Covid pandemic, when all the nation is talking about extra cleaning protocols, Turnkey cleaning failed terribly. I will not be renting with them again.

Condo was disgusting. There was an inch of dust compiled on the vents, mold in the shower and the furniture was stained. Location was good very close to Rosemary beach and Alys Beach.

The listing said housekeeping would clean every 2 days, but on the app I received a message saying it would be every 3 days instead, and then nobody ever came to clean over the 5 day period we stayed. Pool pass bracelets were ripped and unwearable, and the response from the team was “it’s fine just put them in your pocket”. There was a crack so large in the front door that you could see to the outside, which I was told was fine. Housekeeping finally showed up on the morning we were scheduled to leave 45 minutes before our already early 10am checkout time and rushed us out.
