Enjoyed our stay. A little bit of a drive to get to restaurants and shopping. But overall content with the stay.

We loved the semi private location! The backyard was all wooded and the neighborhood was quiet. My only critique is that the office did not have any curtains or blinds on the patio door. We had 2 girls sleeping in that room. The backyard was wooded and private so not a big deal but it would have been nice to have something on the door to keep the light out in the morning.The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The kids and adults enjoyed the basketball game and foosball table. It was perfect for our two families to share and enjoy the weekend together. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean and had all we needed and more. Used the back deck for morning coffee watched the deer walk in the woods behind the house. Scenic for us! Thank you Monika We came in for our son’s Wedding and staying in your place made it a whole lot easier. Thanks again

Very comfortable and home was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

We stayed here for several weeks while renovations were done in our home. Everything was impeccably clean. Games for kids, I easily cooked and did laundry. Lots of kitchen and bath accommodations, linens, and a desk for working from home. The owner is extremely responsive and dedicated to guests’ stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! Monika, Thank you for hosting us!! Your home was a welcome retreat for us and it was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Even though it was chilly, we enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the woods. We plan on returning to the area and look forward to staying here again.

We were here for a race at Road Atlanta with my son and friends. Plenty of room for everyone.

nice kitchen...stocked with goodies...beautiful views from every window...nice bathroom master with large walkin in closet...super secluded. ...loved the game room ... garage for loading and unloading in rainy weather

The property was perfect for our purposes— we were attending a wedding in the area. Attractive decor, all the necessary amenities. Loved the wooded lot. The host was very easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Nice house in the Woody area of Gainesville. Close enough to stores and restaurants but secluded enough for privacy. House was pretty and clean as advertised. We had one issue during our stay and it was addressed immediately. Communication and feedback were great. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

Nice relaxing house. Pictures of the inside are very accurate and the house was very clean. We would stay again!

The outside of the property is completely overgrown and not kept up. After the first night of thunderstorms the garage was a must use because of all the falling branches. The garage barely wants to open and close making horrific noises. None of the fans are mounted correctly. One fan was even missing a screw that holds the blade on. All of the fans have the wobble of turned on. The master bedroom and spare room on at the same time triggers the circuit breaker to pop. There is no way this house passed an electrical inspection. Plugs were hanging off wall or push on when you use them. The arcade game doesn’t work and basketball game has no batteries. The master bed frame isn’t built correctly. The bathroom light would work when it wanted to.

Everything was nice and clean… we were pretty much there in the evenings only… but everything was really nice.

This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Above and beyond. I am so pleased with the cleanliness and easy of check in/check out. Couldn’t have asked for more. I felt so comfortable during this stay!

Our family of 6 had a great time at this house. We had plenty of space and everything was fresh looking and clean. Beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the basketball game and foosball table. Nice quiet neighborhood within minutes of anything we needed. We just used the Google maps app and found our way around just fine. Overall a great stay!

This property was perfect. Close to every place we had to attend, it was clean, roomy and a nice neighborhood. 5 ⭐️ in our book.

We truly enjoyed ourselves! The property was clean and organized and had more supplies than we could need. She goes above to make sure you can truly enjoy yourself and not worry about where you're staying. Communication was great and any issues (only one) were quickly resolved. If we are in the area again we would definitely love to stay here again!

Very nice home on Peach Mountain. Relaxing and very comfy space. Greenwood oils definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my husband, 17yo, and 7 yo. We all loved the house, it was clean and super cute. My kids we well entertained and I would def stay again if in that area.
